Electro Cleaner Electrical Parts Cleaner

Super Degreasing power with surfactants which eliminates Cleaning Degreasing and rust removal from electrical equipment.

Excellent Cleaner for Electric Parts

Electrocleaner

A well balanced blend of non-chlorinated degresol ( Having super Degreasing power ) with surfactants which eliminates Cleaning Degreasing and rust removal from electrical equipment. It provides immediate and efficient removal with a high evaporation rate.

Electrocleaner is a specially formulated cleaning and degreasing agent designed for the maintenance of electrical and electromechanical equipment. It combines high-performance non-chlorinated solvents with selected cleaning agents to provide rapid removal of oil, grease, and accumulated contaminants.

The product penetrates and loosens oily deposits, helping restore clean surfaces on suitable electrical components. Its fast-evaporating solvent system minimizes residual solvent after application, reducing the need for manual wiping on accessible surfaces.

Electrocleaner is suitable for use in industrial maintenance workshops, electrical service facilities, marine applications, and equipment maintenance operations.

Application

RXSOL-16-1093-025  must be used in open or  sufficiently ventilated areas. RXSOL-16-1093-025  should always be used concentrate (without mixing with other solvent.) For best results apply with either by brush, swab, or as  a fine spray using suitable hand held spray  equipment. Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1093-025.  Never use RXSOL-16-1093-025  on a running generator or motor. RXSOL-16-1093-025  can be used to clean virtually all electrical equipment  & components although  is it possible it may affect some types of rubber &  plastic .  Either  remove  rubber  &  plastic  parts  from  component  or test on small area for any reaction before cleaning.

How to clean Electrical Parts easily- remove GREASE, DIRT easily from ELECTRICAL PART?

  1. Switch off and isolate equipment. Disconnect the power supply, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and verify that the equipment is de-energized.
  2. Inspect the component. Identify the contaminants and check the compatibility of the cleaner with insulation, plastics, rubber, coatings, and other materials.
  3. Apply Electrocleaner. Spray or apply a controlled quantity directly onto the contaminated surface using suitable application equipment.
  4. Allow cleaning action. Let the solvent dissolve and loosen the oil and grease. Use a soft, compatible brush where necessary.
  5. Remove contamination. Allow loosened contaminants to drain or wipe them away using a clean, lint-free cloth. Avoid spreading dissolved contaminants into sensitive components.
  6. Allow complete drying. Ensure all solvent has evaporated and fumes have been adequately ventilated before restoring power.
  7. Inspect before operation. Confirm that the component is clean, dry, and free from residue before returning it to service.
