RXSOL-10-1002-025 : is a powerful degreaser for engine rooms and fuel cargo tanks . It is non-toxic which makes handling easy . RXSOL-10-1002-025 is mainly breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.
RXSOL-10-1002-025 is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering. It is highly recommended for heavy duty degreasing action .
Typical dose rate: 100 - 500 ppm (0.1 - 0.5 litre/m3 of water)
In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, RXSOL-10-1002-025 is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation It is highly recommended for heavy duty degreasing action , Depending on contamination 5-25% with fresh water.

The product causes corrosion on skin and mucous membranes Pl. Note that In case of discharge of acidic or alkaline products into the sewerag system the pH must be in the range of 6-10 since higher or lower pH values may damage the sewerage system or impair biological dosage treatment plants. So that for maintaining pH we have to add acidic / basic medium neutaliser . For example if pH is less than 6 basic neutraliser is required and if pH is more than 10 acidic nature neutraliser is required. For details of any guideline pl.
