RXSOL-67-6706-220 Cement retarder recommended for piling and mass concrete pours with improved cohesion and temperature control.
Application : RXSOL-67-6706-220 used as concrete retarder, water reducing agent. Specifically developed by use in high quality concrete for workability retention at low water content. Also sodium gluconate as a retarders keep concrete workable during placement and delay the initial set of concrete. This is an additional admixture which uses in mortar/concrete to Provides good pumpable concrete.
Higher dosage of WATER Reducing Super Plasticiser without causing any adverse effects upon the concrete. RXSOL-67-6706-220 Cement retarder is a chloride free. Superplasticising admixture based on selected polymer modified naphthalene sulphonate dispersives. RXSOL-67-6706-220 Cement retarder disperses by electro kinetic action in the concrete mix. Enable the water phase of the concrete to perform more effectively.
Note : Initial trials should be made with normal concrete mix designs. The use of a combination of admixtures in the same concrete mix and or cement replacement may alter the setting time. Trials should always be conducted to determine such setting times. Never mix RXSOL-67-6706-220 Cement retarder directly to cement the admixture should be added to the concrete with the mixing water.
Overdose : Always take batch trial before uses of cement retarder. High dose will increase retardation effect and more curing required, How ever this may reduce the strength of concrete. But overdosing can be done if sulphate resisting cement or cement replacement materials are used.

Proper doses of WATER Reducing Super Plasticiser RXSOL-67-6706-220 ensures that workable in excess 3 hours at +20°C. Workability loss is dependent on temperature, and on the type of cement, the nature of aggregates, the method of transport and initial workability.
Concrete should be properly cured particularly in hot and dry climates.
Stock and disposal control :::
Super Plasticiser RXSOL-67-6706-220 leakage and spilage can be controlled by absorbent saw dust and excess materials can be shift to other suitable container. And after stripping and absorption area can be flushed with water.
