The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. The concrete typically begins to soften in 20-30 minutes and can be rinsed off with water. Undiluted: In cases where we deal with heavy deposit build–up, CEMENT REMOVER must be applied undiluted.
Diluted: In cases of light deposition, on large surface areas, a solution between 10–40% may be used.
B. Cleaning Procedure
Undiluted/Diluted: In parts such as corner cavities, tank skeleton inlets, etc, Apply RXSOL-22-2202-035 through the hard brush, mop, sponge or any other manual method. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Afterwards, wash thoroughly by applying high–pressure water source. In case of deposit persistence, repeat the cleaning procedure.

METHOD :::
1. For heavy deposition and thick layers of cement, a concentrated and stronger cleaner will be necessary to cut through the layers of cement.
2. Use a scraper, metal scrubber or flat head screwdriver to remove as much of the cement as possible.
3. For the remaining cement, apply this chemical
4. Once the cement loosens, scrub the area with a scrubber until it is all removed from the surface.
5. Rinse the area well with clean water.
6.Clean the area with alkaline soap and water
7. The flush system completely.

Chemically Back-Set converts the positive ions in the hardened matrix into negative ions, which dissolves the cement into mud that can be rinsed away. Because it works chemically, rather than mechanically, Back-Set may be used to remove cured concrete, mortar, grout, and stucco from virtually any surface without harm.
2nd Application Method :
1. Apply cement remover on cement, to loosen the bond between the cement and the surface.
2. Give Sufficient time of reaction will loose bond of cement completely.
3. Repeat the 1st step on the cement for at least an hour or two.
4. For hot climate avoid evaporation, reapply frequently to keep the area moist.
5. After the cement starts to loosen, scrub the area with either a brush, Scotch Brite pad or scouring pad.
6. If a small amount remains, reapply Cement dissolver chemical and allow it to set again.
7. Scrub again until all of the cement is removed.
8. Flush the area with water.
9. Neutralise and Wash the area with alkaline soap and water.
