This polymer mixture in cement mixtures control air pore content and prevent AGGLOMERATION of powders during the spray-drying process from the powder manufacturing and storage. Coating formulations with RXSOL-67-6704-210 containing polymers prevent calcium ions from being formed as LIME on concrete surface and improve the appearance and durability of coating.
Superplasticizer RXSOL-67-6704-210 ( High Range Concrete Superplasticiser ) is a brown color sulphonated formaldehyde condensate and sulphonated naphthalene with new generation polymners based admixture for use as a Superplasticizing admixture or high ranger Water Reducerad mixture for all types of concrete. This is in conformation to IS Code 9103:1999. Also meets the requirement of ASTM C 494 & type G and IS 9103-2003, Suitable for ready mix concrete plants, it is capable of high workability retention up to 2-3 hrs with set retarding effect that helps to produce flowing concrete in hot climates. Further, it assists in long distance transportation of concrete at tropical atmosphere.

Superplasticizer RXSOL-67-6704-210 is utilized to provide high workability to cement or aggregate mix without adding extra water. It assists in improving retention of high workability without excessive retardation of set. It is suitable to use in high temperature & can be easily transported for long distances.
RXSOL-67-6704-210 can be used in all type of ready-mix and precast concrete where durable concrete with low water-cement ratio, high strength and low permeability is specified and in applications where high slump flowable concrete is required.

DOSE :::
RXSOL-67-6704-210 dosage should be determined according to the job specific requirements. Dosage rate will vary depending on the temperature, type of
cement, percentage of supplementary cementitious material, fineness of sand and water content. RXSOL recommends that trial mixes are performed in order to establish the required dosage and a regular process control tests should be conducted in order to adjust the admixture dosage.
In general practice Normally dispensed at a rate of 0.7-1.5 Liters per 100kg of cement. The dosage can further be enhanced to 3.5% depending on climatic situations. In general practice RXSOL-67-6704-210 added to the concrete with gauging water. ( It helps in reduction of water – cement ratio for the same slump. The required quantity of RXSOL-67-6704-210 is added to the concrete mix along with the water. )
The optimal dosage is determined by site trials.
It may also be added separately to freshly mixed concrete
It should be preferably added directly to water prior mixing to the wet aggregate
However, actual site trials should be conducted for finding exact dosages
(An indicative example: With control slump of 50 mm collapsible slum can be achieved for 15-30 min, 1 hr/170mm, 2 hr/150 mm &3hr120 mm depending on temperature & humidity condition with admixture dosage of 0.7% of the wt. of cement). Dosage may be increased or decreased depending upon slump required, humidity conditions, temperature & mix design. The above example is just for indication
