Product Description:
Potassium dichromate, K2Cr2O7, is a common inorganic chemical reagent, most commonly used as an oxidizing agent in various laboratory and industrial applications. As with all hexavalent chromium compounds, it is acutely and chronically harmful to health. It is a crystalline ionic solid with a very bright, red-orange color. The salt is popular in the laboratory because it is not deliquescent, in contrast to the more industrially relevant salt sodium dichromate.

Product application:
Potassium dichromate has few major applications, as the sodium salt is dominant industrially. The main use is as a precursor to potassium chrome alum, used in leather tanning.
Cleaning:
Like other chromium(VI) compounds (chromium trioxide, sodium dichromate), potassium dichromate has been used to prepare “chromic acid” for cleaning glassware and etching materials. Because of safety concerns associated with hexavalent chromium, this practice has been largely discontinued.
Construction:
It is used as an ingredient in cement in which it retards the setting of the mixture and improves its density and texture. This usage commonly causes contact dermatitis in construction workers.
Analytical reagent:
Because it is non-hygroscopic, potassium dichromate is a common reagent in classical “wet tests” in analytical chemistry.

Product Description:
1,4-Dioxane  is a heterocyclic organic compound, classified as an ether. It is a colorless liquid with a faint sweet odor similar to that of diethyl ether. The compound is often called simply dioxane because the other dioxane isomers (1,2- and 1,3-) are rarely encountered.
Dioxane is used as a solvent for a variety of practical applications as well as in the laboratory, and also as a stabilizer for the transport of chlorinated hydrocarbons in aluminum containers

Product Application:
Trichloroethane transport
In the 1980s, most of the dioxane produced was used as a stabilizer for 1,1,1-trichloroethane for storage and transport in aluminium containers. Normally aluminium is protected by a passivating oxide layer, but when these layers are disturbed, the metallic aluminium reacts with trichloroethane to give aluminium trichloride, which in turn catalyses the dehydrohalogenation of the remaining trichloroethane to vinylidene chloride and hydrogen chloride. Dioxane “poisons” this catalysis reaction by forming an adduct with aluminum trichloride.
As a solvent
Dioxane is used in a variety of applications as a versatile aprotic solvent, e. g. for inks, adhesives, and cellulose esters. It is substituted for tetrahydrofuran (THF) in some processes, because of its lower toxicity and higher boiling point (101 °C, versus 66 °C for THF).
Spectroscopy
Dioxane is used as an internal standard for nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in deuterium oxide.

Product Description:
Diethyl ether, or simply ether, is an organic compound in the ether class with the formula (C2H5)2O, sometimes abbreviated as Et2O (see Pseudo Element symbols). It is a colorless, highly volatile, sweet-smelling (“Ethereal odour”) flammable liquid. It is commonly used as a solvent in laboratories and as a starting fluid for some engines. It was formerly used as a general anesthetic, until non-flammable drugs were developed, such as halothane. It has been used as a recreational drug to cause intoxication. It is a structural isomer of butanol.

It is particularly important as a solvent in the production of cellulose plastics such as cellulose acetate.
Fuel:
Diethyl ether has a high cetane number of 85–96 and is used as a starting fluid, in combination with petroleum distillates for gasoline and Diesel engines because of its high volatility and low flash point. Ether starting fluid is sold and used in countries with cold climates, as it can help with cold starting an engine at sub-zero temperatures. For the same reason it is also used as a component of the fuel mixture for carbureted compression ignition model engines. In this way diethyl ether is very similar to one of its precursors, ethanol.
Laboratory uses:
Diethyl ether is a hard Lewis base that reacts with a variety of Lewis acids such as I2, phenol, and Al(CH3)3, and its base parameters in the ECW model are EB = 1.80 and CB = 1.63. Diethyl ether is a common laboratory aprotic solvent.
Medical use:
Ether was once used in pharmaceutical formulations. A mixture of alcohol and ether, one part of diethyl ether and three parts of ethanol, was known as “Spirit of ether”, Hoffman’s Anodyne or Hoffman’s Drops. In the United States this concoction was removed from the Pharmacopeia at some point prior to June 1917,  as a study published by William Procter, Jr. in the American Journal of Pharmacy as early as 1852 showed that there were differences in formulation to be found between commercial manufacturers, between international pharmacopoeia, and from Hoffman’s original recipe. It’s also used to treat Hiccups through installation into the nasal cavity.
Recreational use
The anesthetic and intoxicating effects of ether have made it a recreational drug. Diethyl ether in anesthetic dosage is an inhalant which has a long history of recreational use. One disadvantage is the high flammability, especially in conjunction with oxygen.

Dichloromethane (DCM or methylene chloride) is an organochloride compound with the formula CH2Cl2. This colorless, volatile liquid with a moderately sweet aroma is widely used as a solvent. Although it is not miscible with water, it is polar, and miscible with many organic solvents.

Product application:
DCM’s volatility and ability to dissolve a wide range of organic compounds makes it a useful solvent for many chemical processes. In the food industry, it has been used to decaffeinate coffee and tea as well as to prepare extracts of hops and other flavorings. Its volatility has led to its use as an aerosol spray propellant and as a blowing agent for polyurethane foams.
Specialized uses
The chemical compound’s low boiling point allows the chemical to function in a heat engine that can extract mechanical energy from small temperature differences. An example of a DCM heat engine is the drinking bird. The toy works at room temperature. It is also used as the fluid in Christmas lights that have the colored bubbling tube above a lamp as a source of heat and a small amount of rock salt to provide thermal mass and a nucleation site for the phase changing solvent.
DCM chemically welds certain plastics. For example, it is used to seal the casing of electric meters. Often sold as a main component of plastic welding adhesives, it is also used extensively by model building hobbyists for joining plastic components together. It is commonly referred to as “Di-clo.”
It is used in the garment printing industry for removal of heat-sealed garment transfers, and its volatility is exploited in novelty items: bubble lights and jukebox displays.

Its cleaning principle is based on work as Neutralizer & Salt Remover from Floor. This product is a blend of Biodegradable concentrated detergent that effectively neutralizes alkaline residues and removes salt and calcium deposit on floors . Its powerful deep penetrating formula can also be used as a super efficient cleaner that neutralizes the residual effects of strippers and cleaners. RXSOL-15-1647-005 can be used with an auto scrubber or manually with a mop.

Product Application:
ADVANTAGES

DIRECTIONS
FLOORS: NOTE: Polished marble and terrazzo floors should be cleaned regularly with a neutral pH cleaner. NEUTRALIZER: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 40 parts of warm water. Apply with an auto scrubber or a mop and allow the solution work for 3 to 5 minutes. Suck up the residue with a mop or a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying sealer or finish.
CLEANER-NEUTRALIZER AND SALT-REMOVER RXSOL-15-1647-005 : Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 10 parts of warm water. Apply with an auto scrubber or a mop and allow the solution work for 8 to 10 minutes. Suck up the residue with a mop or a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying sealer or finish.

CARPETS: NOTE: Pretest carpets for color fastness. NEUTRALIZER FOR HIGH PH CARPET CLEANING SOLUTIONS: Dilute 1 part of Neutralizer & Salt Remover for Carpet & Floor  with up to 20 parts of warm water. Apply the solution with a sprayer and allow the solution to work for 5 minutes. Suck up the residue with a carpet extractor and a water vacuum. Rinse with clean water and a carpet extractor or a water vacuum.

CALCIUM AND SALT REMOVER: Dilute 1 part of RXSOL-15-1647-005 with up to 4 parts of warm water. Removes excess deposits with rigid spatula or scraper. Apply the solution with a sprayer, saturate deposit. Allow the solution to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Absorb with a terry towel or a carpet extractor. Rinse with clean water and a carpet extractor.

NOTE: For difficult and hard to remove deposits, repeat steps 2 to 5.

Its powerful cleaning agents and stain remover blend deeply penetrate fabric to eliminate and remove toughest stains such as: blood, fruits, grass, beverages, perspiration, chocolate, wine, make-up, oil and grease. It also leaves a fresh orange smell on your fabric and protects the structure of textile fibre of all types of fabrics: aprons, uniforms, clothes, linen, sheets, pillow cases, gowns and other heavy fabrics like carpets and runners.

Using Procedure:

CARPETS, RUNNERS & DRAPERY: Apply BIO SPOT directly on stain. Allow the product to work for a few minutes. Gently tap on stain with a cloth until all excess of product is absorbed and rinse with warm water.

RXSOL Zyme Digestor  is a formulation containing a synergetic blend of highly specialised bacteria. The mix of microorganisms in this product increases organic degradation performance.

Product Application:
Drain cleaner for slow running drains. Utilising active enzymes to eat through biological and organic waste products, RXSOL Zyme Digestor is a safe and non-corrosive product used to restore flow in drains where grease accumulation is a problem. Gamazyme Digestor biochemical formulation is designed to provide exceptional performance in clogged drain lines, grease traps and floor drains. It restores slow running drains and reduces odours due to organic build-up.
Using Procedure:
Directions for use
1. Drain Cleaner
Use 500ml of Rxsol Zyme Digestor  per 5cm drain diameter to restore flow in drains and to keep them free flowing. Repeat the operation if necessary. Use regularly, once a day or several times a week to maintain drains free of grease.
2. Cleaning of Pulpers Flush the whole system at the end of the day including pulpers, pipes, etc. with warm water (maximum 60°C) and Gamazyme Digestor. Does the product neat in the economiser tank by using a dosing pump. Use a dosage rate of approximately 2 litre per m3 water.

Phosphoric Acid Cleaner Low Foam Food Plant : RXSOL-17-1070-025
This product has been designed especially to meet the problem caused by the build up of hard water deposits and soap film.  Excellent for cleaning and brightening on stainless steel, aluminum food utensils and chrome fixtures, steam cookers, coffee makers, steam tables, dishwashing machines, ice machines, sinks, and glassware (windows & mirrors).
 
Product Application:
This product may be used on floors to help to make floors slip resistant and deep clean. Use in banana rooms to clean hard water and algae off walls and equipment.  Use in wet box areas to deep clean and brighten the floor, use on showcase mirrors to remove hard water or on store windows for hard water removal.  Ask for the thickened CLASS for cleaning vertical surfaces. DIRECTIONS FOR USE ON STEAM TABLES: Fill steam table with water.  Add 8 ounces of CLASS for each gallon of water used. Heat solution to 200°F and let stand for 30 minutes to one hour.  Drain and rinse thoroughly with clear water.  Tables with excessive build up may require a second cleaning.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE ON DISHWASHING AND ICE MACHINES:
Spray the entire machine inside and out. Let stand until build-up dissolves. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE ON WINDOWS AND MIRRORS:
Spray CLASS on wet or dry surface with high volume trigger sprayer .  Spray hard water areas, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes then brush lightly.  Works best on dry surfaces.  Rinse with clear water, let the window or mirror dry.  For extreme buildup repeat.
