Holdbrite RX is highly concentrated, comprising special detergents, surfactants, builders and corrosion inhibitors. It is specifically formulated for the effective removal of heavy duty residues and can be also applied by high pressure spraying equipment. Holdbrite Rx can be quickly dissolved in water for removing lighter grease, oil, pet coke and dirt deposits. Compatible with most coated surfaces and dries leaving a good shine. Product Application:
Holdbrite PLUS  can be used for cargo hold and tanks cleaning and refrigeration vessels, as well as soot removal from Inert Gas Systems and general cleaning. Using Procedure:
First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method of using RXSOL-20-2005-025  is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.

Spraying method:
Directly spray on the contaminated area and let it act for 5-10 minutes. Then clean the system  under high pressure. A solution of 5-10% in fresh water can be used for this purpose also , and may be sprayed on and hosed off using high pressure. fill the tank with water (fresh or sea) up to 25 – 30% of its volume then 5-20% (Depend on contamination) RXSOL-20-2005-025 will add , let it stand for approximately 12-24 hours. Then fill with more water to 90% of the tank’s capacity. This way the tank will be cleaned by natural agitation due to wave motion. Let for a few days, then drain the tank and ballast-deballast 2-3 times in order to achieve complete and thorough rinse off.
PET COKE CLEANING :-
Deposition and Contamination of coal play an important role during cleaning, For Heavy deposition RXSOL-20-2005-020 can be used concentrated ( without  dilution ) Spray the product on the entire surface area and let it absorb for 15-20 minutes, then Wash with fresh or sea water. Very effective High foam booster emulsifier – based cleaner for use in hold cleaning and general digressing. its heavy molecular surfactants rapidly react with water and produce an effective high foam cleaning solution. May be applied by brush, hand spray and by high and low-pressure washing machines.

Product Application:
Applications:-RXSOL Suitable for cleaning engine components like fuel and  Lube oil filters, Injection nozzles, pump components, inlet  and  exhaust valves &  primarily refers to cleaning of  hard surfaces, such as Decks, Tanks, Engine-rooms,  etc. can be used for all  types of cleaning and degreasing and  may be applied by brush, handspray, high and low pressure washing machines etc.

Directions for Use and Dose Rates:
General Cleaning:- This can be used for all types of cleaning &  degreasing & may  be applied by  Brush, Hand spray, high and low pressure washing machines etc. Time necessary for cleaning depends on the nature and  thickness of the deposits. 20-30 min. will suffice for   most applications. Hardened, carbonised or aged deposits may require up to 4 hours. If  the cleaning  solution is not heavily contaminated, it may be re-used at a later stage. If allowed to cool, the degassing procedure must be repeated. Depending on the degree of contamination RXSOL should be mixed with warm water at a rate of 50-200 ml   per 10 litres. i.e. 1 cup of RxTuff to a bucket of water. RXSOL solution can  be applied  simply by mops, brushes or rags, or by dipping the soiled articles into  the RXSOL solution. After cleaning, rinse off with cold or warm water. Due to high foaming properties, RxTuff is not recommended for washing machines.
Method of Application and Dose Rates:-
Direct injection method for pressure washing machines. Dose rate 1-5 litres per ton wash water (0.1-0.5%).
Spot cleaning. Hand spray neat or diluted with up to 5 parts water and leave for several minutes before rinsing off with clean water.

Product Note:
Whenever possible, the cleaning solution should be heated to 60-80°C.If this method is not possible, other conventional methods such as separate rate direct injection, recirculation  or hand spraying provide acceptable options. For boiler fire side cleaning, a 10-20 % hot  solution, (temp. above 40°C),  should   be sprayed on  to  the surfaces to be cleaned. Allow to  penetrate for 20 minutes and flush off. For deposits  which are very hard to remove, increase the concentration to 50% and repeat if necessary.

The Importance of HIGH FOAM  by High-Pressure Cleaning
The job of high pressure cleaning can be done easier & quicker by simply using RXSOL correct dosages. Using a high pressure cleaner alone, without any CLEANER, will not  achieve  optimal cleaning results High-pressure cleaning primarily refers to cleaning of Hard  surfaces, such  as Decks, Tanks, Engine-rooms, etc. and in the majority of cases the cleaning is done according to the so-called two-step method:
Step 1:  Spraying the  RXSOL solution over the area to be cleaned.
Step 2:   Washing down the area using a high-pressure water jet.
After the solution has been  sprayed on the surface and  before the wash down begins, the chemicals penetrate & thoroughly moisten dirt & other grime. During wash down, the RXSOL thoroughly dissolves the particles of dirt, even oil and fat, in the water spray and thus achieves optimal cleaning results. In addition to being more effective, the use of RXSOL substantially reduces the time required for the Cleaning operation, as well as preventing dirt from reforming on the surface. The use of RXSOL in correct dosages is half the job done.

RXSOL-70-7005-050 is a dry powder compound formulated for safe removal of soot and deposits from boilers and diesel engine exhaust systems.

Product Application:
If deposits are allowed to form on heat exchangers, the loss of efficiency can be directly related to extra fuel consumption. A 1 mm deposit is approximately equivalent to a 10 % efficiency loss, a 3 mm deposit can reduce efficiency by up to 50 %. The normal ignition temperature of soot is around 600*C. This means that it is burned only in the hottest parts of the boiler or diesel exhaust systems. Due to the catalytic action of soot Remover, the ignition temperature of the soot / deposit is reduced to less than 280 *C. The carbon deposits are thus ignitted, leaving an easily removed ash.
Using Procedure:
Directions for Use and Dose Rates
Soot Remover should be introduced to the boiler through a suitable port, preferably with a blower, ensuring that the powder is spread through the flame path towards the back of the combustion chamber. For Diesel engines, inject Soot Remover directly into the exhaust system upstream of the area to be treated.
It provides greater fuel efficiency, but also prevents acid formation in areas where severe corrosion could result in expensive damage, i. e. heat exchangers, super heaters, economizers, exhaust paths / stacks.
Soot Remover Liquid should be introduced to the boiler through a suitable port, preferably with an injector, ensuring that the liquid is spread through the flame path toward the back of the combustion chamber.

R-410A is a near-azeotropic mixture of difluoromethane (CH2F2, called R-32) and pentafluoroethane (C2HF5, called R-125), which is used as a refrigerant in air conditioning applications. Unlike many haloalkane refrigerants it does not contribute to ozone depletion, and is therefore widely used. Carrier Corporation was the first company to introduce a R-410A-based residential air conditioning unit in the marketplace in 1996. Now R-410A is the preferred refrigerant for use in residential and commercial air conditioners in Japan and Europe, replacing R-22.

Product Application:
R410A Refrigerant is widely used as a refrigerant in many air conditioning applications, usually packaged in rose colour cylinders.
Due to the nature of R410a properties which is of a HFC (hydrofluorocarbons) refrigerant, it does not has any ozone depletion potential (Zero ODP) and thus introduced as a greener choice for R22 for use in both residential and commercial air-conditioning products.
The manufacture and use of refrigerants in air-conditioners that cause ozone depletion and global warming are regulated under the Montreal Protocol and the Kyoto Protocol. Eventually conventional refrigerants such as HCFC (example R22) will be abolished within 2030 in both developed and developing countries.
Demand for R410a refrigerant and other HFC will gradually increase because of it’s lower environmental burden.

R-410A cannot use R-22 service equipment because of higher operating pressures (approximately 40 to 70% higher).
While R-410A has negligible fractionation potential, it can’t be ignored when charging.
To avoid fractionation as the system is charged and for optimum system performance, the correct type of cylinder has to be used for charging – if a cylinder with dip-tubes are used, R-410A can be charged while the cylinder is upright. However, if the cylinder doesn’t have dip-tubes, it should be kept upside-down.

Using Procedure:
Acetylene mixed with air is explosive within 2.2% to 85% by volume. Avoid releasing acetylene into the air and ensure good ventilation where acetylene cylinders are stored or used.
When acetylene cylinders are transported horizontally and placed vertically again after transport, a period of at least 24 hours before using the cylinders for gas extraction must be obeyed. This to ensure that the acetone inside the cylinder redistributes in a correct way. When cylinders are used too quickly after placing them vertical again the following can happen:
When opening the top valve, large amounts of acetone can come out. The customer might interpret this as water/oil because acetone feels slippery on the skin. Opening the top valve without a fitted regulator should not be standard practice as this can create a fire hazard.
When a regulator is fitted with a twin hose and torch, the lighted flame will be very unstable due to the presence of acetone droplets in the gas. This is often referred to as Cspitting.
The Solution is to let the cylinder rest for at least 24 hours (depending on temperature; a colder environment might require a longer time).
