Silica Sol made by growing mono-dispersed, negatively charged, amorphous silica particles in water. OH ions exist at the surface of the particles with an electric double layer formed by alkali ions. Lower the freezing point and stop problems caused by the diesel freezing  wax solid in lines. The most important role of RXSOL additives is to restrict crystallization of wax at cloud point of fuel .
In general at lower temperature paraffin content of fuel  started to crystallize and form tiny lumps of crystals which prohibit flow rate, Good emulsification through RXSOL-41-8977-025 restricts crystallization process in fuel tank.

Product Application:
The Cloud Point of a gasoil is the temperature at which the first paraffin-precipitation can be observed. In order to lower the Cloud Point of a gasoil normally a blend with kerosene (containing no paraffins) is made to comply with the required characteristics. As sometimes very small adjustments are required of only 2 degree Celsius lower, we can advise the use of a Cloud-Point-Improver.
Using Procedure:
Cold flow improver mixed properly in fuel to dissolved wax present. It should be added to a tank before the fuel is put in so that mixing takes place. Pouring it in the top of a tank in which the wax has dropped out of the diesel is a waste of time.
Mixing Condition :::  Must avoid mixing of RXSOL-41-8977-025 at cloud point of fuel.  Mixing suitable conditions is atleast 5 to 10 °C above the cloud point of FUEL.

RXSOL-70-7004 is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive smoke , carbon and soot deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components.  It is a  most advanced fuel oil treatment for modern steam generating units that burn Bunker- ‘C’ or lighter distillates. It is completely soluble in fuel oils and disperses Atomic Manganese throughout the firebox. It will improve combustion and prevent corrosion by eliminating the formation of nitric and sulfuric oxides. It will prevent slag formation and bridging by raising the fusion temperature of alkali metals and vanadium.
It is a highly concentrated combustion improving agent, to optimize the combustion for marine fuel oils.
A higher burn-out of carbon and hydrocarbon will reduce the build-up of deposits, reduce maintenance and increase the time between overhauls.
The risk of T/C breakdown and boiler fires is significantly reduced.

Product Application:
For carbon residue formation during combustion is inhibited by manganese catalysts that lower the ignition temperature of heavy asphalt particles or bunker – C. The combustion time is consequently increased, leading to a reduction of tarry deposits and carbonaceous fire scale also It will prevent slag formation

Using Procedure:
DOSE : For best results, Dieselite should be dosed automatically using a metering pump to dose into the fuel feed line as near to the injector or burner pump as possible.  It is completely soluble in fuel oils and disperses atomic manganese throughout the firebox. Uses: Metal and ceramic cleaning, amine sulfamates, ph control, hard water scale removal, electroplating.
At room temperatures, dilute aqueous Sulfamic Acid solution is stable for a long time but rapid hydrolysis occurs at elevated temperatures. Its solution is less corrosive toward metals than other mineral acid. When compared to most of the common strong mineral acids, Sulfamic Acid has desirable water descaling properties, low volatility, low toxicity and is a water soluble solid forming soluble calcium and iron-III salts. Because of its many positive attributes like handling ease, solubility and low corrosiveness, Sulfamic Acid is used for many diversified applications.
APPLICATIONS OF SULFAMIC ACID —
Used as an immersion liquid
Used as filling with a Sulfamic acid descalant solution
Used through circulation for consistent concentration though the closed circuit
Used in cold as well as with temperature ranging from 40º to 60ºC

Chlorine gas in water form HOCL which reacts with Sulphamic Acid form N-Chloro-Sulphamic Acid to N-ChloroSufamic Acid more stable and yet has active chlorine, Because of this, Sulphamic Acid is used for stabilizing chlorine in swimming pools and cooling towers.
Sulphamic acid in Electroplating and Electro-refining
Metal sulphamate electrolytes values for their high solubility cadmium, cobalt nickle, lead silver and radium sulphamte deposits are bright and dense. Lead sulphamate is used in refining lead when a high quality is desired.
Sulphamic acid in Sulphation and Sulphamation
Sulphamic acid is used for sulphation and sulphamation of many organic compounds. Sulphation of aklyl pheno-ethylen oxide condensation products 9for detergents and sulphation of ethoxylated phenol-formaldehyde resins is preferable with Sulphamic Acid. Stronger agents cause unwanted ring sulphomation.

DIRECTION OF USAGE
Machines should be rinsed with water to remove loose flakes & sludge’s before use
Powder should be added to warm water for an ideal solution
Sample should be properly tested before using
Proper ventilation is essential for effective usage of Sulfamic Acid Descalant
After cleansing, the solution should be drained out and the system should be rinsed with water until pH value is neutral
Rinsing with ROTO PASS 212 for better metal prevention and passivation is recommended

Using Procedure:
Should be diluted ,at the rate of 1-parts RXSOL-16-1046-020  to 5-parts water,( Or 1:1 ratio of any solvent like diesel ) before use or depend on nature of dirt / contamination  RXSOL-16-1046-020  may be used directly. At 50 to 60°C for best results apply higher concentration for 15 min. to  3 hours.After the unit or parts have been satisfactorily cleaned, they should be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water. It is recommended that this product is not used on soft metal, Zinc,Tin, Galvanized surfaces or Anodized Aluminium.

This product renews your tile and grout Restoration Tile.  This industrial strength acid cleaner will remove embedded mineral deposits and carbonaceous soils such as rust, calcium, urine stains, soap scum and efflorescence from man-made tile and cement grout. Can be used to etch hard-to-clean grout by removing a super fine layer, leaving your grout sparkling bright and clean.

Coverage: One Ltrs diluted solution will cover 120 sf per area.
Dilution:  50 ml  – 250 ml can be diluted with water to make 1 Ltr solution.
The product is easy to mix (1 part water/1 part cleaner), and can be applied to the grout with a small scrub brush. Applying it to one area at a time, then clean with wet sponge, later followed by a quick mopping. Tiles & grout will give full strength of shine and cleaning effect.
