A highly concentrated multi-surface, heavy duty industrial cleaner for use on floors, walls, carpets, hard surfaces, porous surfaces and many other professional and disaster restoration applications. Renovate Industrial Cleaner contains a unique non-caustic, solvent-free formula designed to penetrate and lift carbon, soot, smoke, grease, rubber and deeply ingrained soils.

Product Application:
Renovate Industrial Cleaner is a solvent-free, heavy duty restoration cleaner for the removal of dry soot, carbon, fire residues, filtration soils and draught marks on carpets, fabrics and other surfaces.
Highly effective pre-spray on polypropylene carpets.
Can be used in conjunction with Colour ‘Safe Bleach OxiBrite’
Cationic solvent-free formula %u201Cpulls out%u201D soils by neutralising electrical charge.
Deodorised on application.
Red liquid with floral fragrance.
pH Concentrate: 12
pH Diluted: 10.5
Using Procedure:
Normal soil:
Dilute 10 to 20ml A217 per litre of warm water (1:100 to 1:50).
Heavy soil and restoration: Dilute 50ml per litre of warm water (1:20).
Ceiling cleaning: Add 50ml ‘Safe Bleach OxiBrite’ ( www.rxmarine.com/colour-safe-bleach ) Part No. – RXSOL-41-8731-025,  per 5 litres of Renovate Industrial solution. (Observe cautions below).
Pressure washing:
Mix 1 part Renovate Industrial Cleaner with 4 parts water and meter at desired setting. Always pre-test surface in an inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not use on water sensitive fabrics, unsealed wood, aluminium or other delicate surfaces. Apply by sprayer, sponge or floor machine. Allow 2 to 5 minutes contact time for heavy soil, scrub if needed, then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.  Observe all safety precautions. ear suitable personal protective equipment and cover all sensitive furnishings.

Floor Stripper Ultra Concentrate  is a super powerful easy-to-use soap-free cleaner and stripper specially conceived to strip metallic or urethane floor finish. Floor Stripper Ultra Concentrate  quickly penetrates to emulsify floor finish. It is a biodegradable ultra concentrated floor remover with little foaming and doesn contain ammonia. Otherwise, it can be used as a very powerful degreaser.
Versatile cleaner virtually anything hard or porous surfaces.
Any hard surface which is waxed or sealed – including Epoxy, Urethane & VCT – will stay cleaner and dust-free longer when simply wiped down and maintained using Multi-Surface RXSOL-13-1654-010.

The use of an automatic stripper or a scraper may be necessary.
Suck up the emulsion with a mop or a water vacuum.
Neutralize, rinse with cold water and dry the floor well.

Rxsol Floor Brightner is a metallised dry bright floor polish which gives a long lasting gloss finish. Rxsol Floor Brightener not only protects and extends the life of floors but also provides a safe high gloss finish which is easy to maintain and resistant to scuffing.

Product Application:
Using Procedure:
Using a clean mop or applicator, charge with product and tamp down in a wringer, but do not wring out, the mop or applicator should be saturated but not dripping.
Apply to the floor using an overlapping figure of 8 motion. On the  first coat leave a 6 inch gap along the edges.
Allow 20 to 30 minutes drying time. Ensure 1st coat is completely dry before applying a second coat, at right angles to the first coat applying product up to the edges. If required apply a 3rd coat in a similar manner.
Some floors such as stone, or worn porous/vinyl will require sealing do the accordingly.
Regularly maintain the floor by damp mopping, machine scrubbing or spray cleaning. The ideal maintenance product for Rxsol Floor Polish is Floor Stripper.

Using Procedure:
RXSOL-16-1091-025  must be used in open or  sufficiently ventilated areas. RXSOL-16-1091-025  should always be used concentrate (without mixing with other solvent.) For best results apply with either by brush, swab, or as  a fine spray using suitable hand held spray  equipment. Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1091-025.  Never use RXSOL-16-1091-025  on a running generator or motor. RXSOL-16-1091-025  can be used to clean virtually all electrical equipment  & components although  is it possible it may affect some types of rubber &  plastic .  Either  remove  rubber  &  plastic  parts  from  component  or test on small area for any reaction before cleaning.

Turbine Kleen 81 RX  is liquid concentrate Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaner, which is  made from surfactant and biodegradable natural enzyme based solvent chemicals. It consists of corrosion inhibitors and developed to give the maximum possible cleaning efficiency With ultra effectiveness from a natural-solvent chemical. Due to an advanced formula based on the latest bio – technology makes it a very safe & user friendly product for both online & offline compressor cleaning. Usually compressor cleaners are formulated either from anionic, cationic or nonionic surfactants. Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  however contains a very complex triple-active formula of cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, of which the latter is a state-of-the-art surfactant custom made for Turbine Kleen 81 Rx.

Product Application:
Using Procedure:
Recommendation dose is 1 part Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  with water in the proportion of 1 part 4 parts water. The product has a low trace analysis of inorganic impurities and, in order that the working solution applied to the compressor is equally low in such impurities. Use demineralised water as specified by the engine manufacturer, typically <11%u03BCS/cm. The volume of chemical solution needed per wash and the optimum cleaning frequency will depend upon engine size, operating environment and fouling tendency. It is recommended that a post rinse is performed to ensure that the nozzle system is cleaned and ready for next operation.
Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  solution is sprayed into the cranked or fired engine, according to the engine manufacturers’ approved method, using the equipment and technique appropriate to the engine being cleaned. Allowed to soak for 20 to 30 minutes then thoroughly rinsed off at cranking speed with good quality water acceptable to the engine manufacturer The volume of solution required and the flow rate will depend on engine type. Turbine Kleen 81 Rx  can be used with dilution ratio 1:2 for offline cleaning, providing a superb cleaning result for heavily fouled compressors.

Bilge Water Flocculant is a very effective liquid treatment based on  Poly chloride to separate oil residues from bilge water. It is iron-free, and is completely safe to the environment.

Product Application:
International environmental regulations set strict rules as to the oil content in effluent water from ships. To meet these regulations, a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning is necessary. Bilge Water Flocculant is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.
Using Procedure:
Dosing method
Typical dose rate: 100 – 500 ppm (0.1 – 0.5 litre/m3 of water) In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, Bilge Water Flocculant is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation and normally needs no alteration. If required, dosing can also be controlled by measuring the level in the container.

RXSOL-20-2006-020  has the unique feature that dissociates slop to seperate oil and water. This product is formulated to meet the ever changing regulations for the treatment of tank cleaning waste water after using petroleum based solvents, and Bunker ‘C’ cleaners.
RXSOL-20-2006-025 is an all purpose degreaser  emulsifiers, It is an excellent blend of powerful solvent base and emulsifying inorganic products .Specially designed  for engine room and cargo  tank cleaning .Main feature of RXSOL-20-2006-025 is, it finally dissociate slop emulsion  to separate oil and water .This provide us with ability to dispose of waste solution as per MARPOL & IMO rules and regulation .

Product Application:
Using Procedure:
For light contamination dilute with water in the ratio 1:20 . For medium contamination dilute with a petrosolvent. And for heavy contamination concentrated RXSOL-20-2006-025  is suggested.
Dosage:- Dose rate and results will vary depending on amount of contamination . For light contamination dilution with water up to 1:20 is recommended where as medium contamination dilution with Petro solvent , And for heavy contamination neat RXSOL CB 2006 is suggested to use.
Procedure of use :- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is  recommended for local cleaning & degreasing of engine rooms, bilges & tank  tops. It may be applied by brush, spray, immersion, soaking, or  any  other  conventional  means.RXSOL-20-2006-025 is used  neat. Allow a residence time of at least 20- 45 minutes where  possible, to ensure good penetration & emulsification. Finally wash the system with hot water & high pressure.The emulsion residue after cleaning must be allowed  to separate  in a holding tank for atleast 3-5 hours before passing through an oily water separator.

Tank Cleaning after Mineral Oils/ Lube Oils / Slope-Black Oil
1 ) Fill the tank with 1-35 litres per ton wash water. Best results are obtained when water is heated to a   temperature  between  65°C & 80°C  then  stripped  constantly and transferred  to a holding  tank  for  separation. The time for this will vary depending on amount of RXSOL-20-2006-025  used & nature of oil being cleaned.Generally,12 hours should be sufficient before the water phase can be removed.
2) Direct Cleaning. Spray directly RXSOL-20-2006-025 on tank surfaces to be cleaned, left  for at least 30  minutes. Finally wash with high pressure machine. Hot water between 50°C & 80°C recommended.
