Scales are very damaging to the boiler because they interfere with the heat transfer and can lead to overheating and eventually, boiler rupture , To increase usable life of cleaned equipment , it is a safe and effective way to remove scale deposits from all types of water-cooled and water-heated equipment. This descaler specifically formulated and developed to rapidly clean mineral scale from passages in water-cooled or heated equipment. It improves Plant Efficiency, Lowers Cost, Conserves Energy, Decreases Down-Time.

Product Application:
RXSOL-54-1048-025  is mixed with fresh water 3 to 20 percent depending on deposition of scaling.
If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease, sludge or carbonized oil, then first of all clean the system with degreaser  RXSOL-10-1005. RXSOL-54-1048-025 should be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of 10-30%, depending on the extent of scaling. After using RXSOL-54-1048-0250 ,
PRECAUTION :::it is essential to thoroughly rinse all metal surfaces at least once with a 0.5% solution of  RXSO-20-2005  in fresh water. This solution should be circulated for 2-4 hours or until an acceptable pH value is obtained. This will neutralize any remaining acidity & passivate steel surfaces.
Procedure-of-use: The most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation. In the case of small components, the soak method in an immersion bath can be used. If the equipment to be cleaned is contaminated by oil, grease or sludge, then pre-cleaning with DEGREASER ( RXSOL OB 1005 ) is necessary. Depending on the extent of scaling, use a solution of 2.5-10% RXSOL-54-1008-025 . The solution will have a red colour which changes to orange when 85% of the acid has been neutralized , & to colourless  when the solution is totally neutralized. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 60°C.Neutralised  solutions can be re-activated by adding more RXSOL-54-1008-025  until the red colour reappears. This should not be done more than twice. RXSOL-54-1008-025  should not be used on Aluminium , Zinc, Tin or Galvanized surfaces.

After use of RXSOL-54-1008-025  a  0.5% solution of Alkalinity Control in fresh  water should be used for neutralization.
Using Procedure:
After using  RXSOL-54-1048-025, sense all metal surfaces with 0.5 percent of  RXSOL-10-1005, at least 2-4 hour , up to neutral of PH value.

Advanced  tank cleaner and degreaser classified product. Gives effective cleaning and gas-freeing of double bottom, deep, and fuel oil tanks due to its concentrated emulsifier blend with petroleum solvents. Specially formulated for cleaning of oily greasy surface of tanks.  to emulsify all types of oils using hot or cold processes. Seacleaner is strong degreaser and tank cleaner for all types of petroleum and aromatic based compound. RXSOL brand seaclean differs from other as it contains Rice Bran based long chain emulsifier along with other emulsifier which is used in general common brand in market. Due to presence of long chain emulsifier petroleum derivatives are not only quickly degreasing from surface but also easily mixed and dissolved into water, which results less hydrocarbon traces on tank surface.
RXSOL Seacleaner is a premium quality product specially formulated for cleaning oily greasy surfaces of tanks.  to emulsify all types of oils using hot or cold processes. Field area double bottom, deep and wing tanks etc, used for fuel oils. It can also be used for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms and on deck.
Highly concentrated product only ½ to 1 litre of RXSOL-20-2002-210 required per tonne of water, when ROCK and Roll tank cleaning method was adopted. Refer below ‘ Dose ‘ block to view complete method.

Product Application:
RXSOL seaclean is formulated for cleaning double bottom, deep and wing tanks used for petroleum fuel oils. Aromatic chain compounds have special features and its chain bonding in molecules are very strong, so its cleaning always requires a special type of cleaner.
Our team is continuously working on daily problems faced by customers, and observed that after using SEA Clean all oil base compounds are emulsified and cleaned out. But if tanks / vessels are required complete removal of hydrocarbon even traces, smell from tank surface then repetition of tank cleaning through RXSOL-16-1011-210 .

Using Procedure:
Directions for Use and Dose Rates: RXSOL-20-2002-025 is  specially formulated for cleaning double bottom, deep and wing tanks etc, used for fuel oils. It can also be used for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms and on deck.
Soak Method: for heavy soil put parts into undiluted RXSOL-20-2002-025, for general soiling use a solution of 10-30% RXSOL-20-2002-025 in water. Parts should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before washing off with water.
Spraying Method: Use neat RXSOL-20-2002-025 over all soiled areas. Allow 10-20 minutes for reaction , then rinse with a high pressure water hose., Scrubbing will assist the cleaning operation  for stubborn deposits.
Rock and Roll Method: Recommended time to clean and gas-free under normal circumstances would be 3-6 days ,for cleaning of double bottom tanks at sea.

First of all  heat the remaining oil in tanks .
By stripping constantly. flush the tank with sea water,
Close  all suction and discharge valves .
1stDose  Fill the tanks by ½ to 1 litre RXSOL-20-2002-025 per ton of water  through a pipe or manhole, for 75-80% of capacity of the tank to be cleaned.
Then fill the tank to 25% capacity with sea water, raise the temperature up to 60°C maximum, and maintain this  temperature for 24 hours.
Top up the tank to 75-80% capacity with sea water, continue to heat for 48 to 72 hours.
Discharge and strip tank. Fill to 50-60% capacity with sea water and allow 2 hours rinsing time.
Discharge tank and strip, flushing tank with sea water for 2 hours, stripping continuously. When completed, inspect the tank to ascertain if second cleaning is required. If so:
For completion add a second dose of RXSOL-20-2002-025, fill the tank with sea water 75-80% capacity and raise the temperature to 60°C maximum. Maintain this for 48 to 72 hours. And recirculate the solution .
Discharge and strip tank, flush with sea water, stripping continuously for 2 hours.
To gas-free, fill tank with sea water to overflow through vents and sounding pipes, discharge and strip completely

Product Note:
Use Hand Gloves, Goggles and safety mask before using in Tank. Keep the container tightly closed and away from direct heat, fire and sunlight.

Barite-Barium Sulphate is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate. Baryte is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium.Worldwide, 69–77% of Barite-Barium Sulphate is used as a weighting agent for drilling fluids in oil and gas exploration to suppress high formation pressures and prevent blowouts. As a well is drilled, the bit passes through various formations, each with different characteristics. The deeper the hole, the more baryte is needed as a percentage of the total mud mix. An additional benefit of baryte is that it is non-magnetic and thus does not interfere with magnetic measurements taken in the borehole, either during logging-while-drilling or in separate drill hole logging.

Acetic acid that contains a very low amount of water (less than 1%) is called anhydrous (water-free) acetic acid or glacial acetic acid. The reason it’s called glacial is because it solidifies into solid acetic acid crystals just cooler than room temperature at 16.7 °C, which ice. Removing the water from acetic acid lowers its melting point by 0.2 °C.
Glacial acetic acid may be prepared by dripping acetic acid solution over a “stalactite” of solid acetic acid (which could be considered to be frozen). Like a water glacier contains purified water, even if it’s floating in the salty sea, pure acetic acid sticks to the glacial acetic acid, while impurities run off with the liquid.

Acetic Acid, Glacial is an excellent solvent for many organic compounds. Acetic acid is widely used in manufacturing either as starting material or as a solvent. In the food industry, dilute solutions are used for preparation and preservation. Because acetic acid is a weak acid, it is effective as a buffer at pH 4.75 ± 1. This buffer can be prepared by titrating acetic acid with an hydroxide or by mixing equal volumes of equimolar acetic acid and sodium acetate solutions. Other uses for acetic acid which have been reported are: Used in polyacrylamide gel fixation for sequencing gels and in autoradiography, as a background electrolyte in the capillary electrophoresis/electrospray ionization MS(CE/ESI-MS) analysis of carbonic anhydrase from red blood cells, used in fluorescent staining methods for proteomic analysis of 2-D gels, involved in oxidoreduction potential in conjunction with acetic acid and other factors on the growth, acidification, and membrane properties of Lactobacillus plantarum, inhibit E. coli growth as related to methionine biosynthesis, to test heat resistance of Paenibacillus polymyxa with respect to pH and various acids, can be used to effect the chlorinative ring expansion of [2.2.1]- and [2.2.2]-bicyclic compounds, utilized in the total synthesis of demethylasterriquinone B1, synthesis of disaccharidic 2,3-enopyranosyl cyanides and 2-C-2-deoxy pyranosyl cyanides.
