Using Procedure:
RXSOL PCS (Coal / lime Remover) may be used concentrated or diluted with water, depending on the degree of contamination, the surface area to be treated, the desired degree of cleaning and the available downtime. Actually, the user is the best one capable to regulate the quantity and concentration to be used for the situation at hand. In any case, when the accumulation is not heavy, a 50% solution with water must be used. Otherwise, Rxsol PCS (Coal Remover). can be used undiluted especially when deposition is heavy and hard spots persist.

Cleaning Procedure
Conventional cleaning methods such as a brush, hard sponge, thick and hard broom and /or a mop can be used on heavy duty and hard stain deposits. Note that for heavy accumulations the cleaning procedure might be necessary to be repeated until the results are satisfactory. Furthermore, it is important to keep in mind that 1 litre of Rxsol PCS (Coal / lime Remover) is sufficient to cover a surface area of 8-10 square meters.

NOTE ::: — Let this product soak into the surface for 30-45 minutes. Then using a high-powered spray washer blast the surfaces until the stains and discoloration is gone.

A  water based heavy duty alkaline cleaner for removal of oily stains as pet coke and coal. Also contains a specialized blend of synthetic surfactants which allow for more cling time to cargo hold surfaces.
The cleaning should take place as soon as discharge is complete to maximize  effectiveness.

Accumulation of dust from this cargo on deck or in proximity to cargo spaces shall be removed as quickly as possible. Consideration shall be given to carefully cleaning exposed radio communications equipment to which dust might adhere, such as radar, radio, aerials, vhf installations, AIS and GPS. Hosing with sea water should be avoided.
HBI CARGO Hold Wash Concentrate RX  is a versatile all-purpose QUALITY marine cleaning solution. It can be used as a powerful stand-alone cleaner for HBI CARGO. It can be used as a powerful stand alone cleaner  for HBI CARGO dust and deposition.

Product Application:
HBI at Elevated Temperatures
The Master of the ship must notify the port authorities if hydrogen gas is detected in the ship holds or if abnormal temperatures are measured in the HBI cargo holds. The Harbor Master and qualified personnel are responsible for executing the action plan when a ship or barge arrives with HBI at the following temperature levels:

A. Greater Than 65° Celsius but Less Than or Equal to 80° Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:

Before unloading the vessel, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book.
Unload the holds in the assigned zone and immediately transfer the HBI to the storage yard zone .

B. Temperature Greater Than 80° Celsius and Less Than or Equal to 150° Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:

Before unloading the vessel, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book. This should be done every two hours while the contingency is in effect.
Unload the holds with HBI at temperature less than 65º Celsius first, then those containing HBI between 65º and 100º Celsius. Continue unloading HBI with temperatures between 100º and 150º Celsius in the
first transfer station, using the movement sense of the belt as a
reference.
Transfer the HBI from the unloading zone clean and free of debris and flammable material, such as coal, coke and wood to the storage yard indicated by the client as follows:
Transfer the HBI during a maximum of three-minute intervals, and dose (i.e., mix the hotter with the cooler material to have an average temperature lower than the hottest one  no water to be used) the HBI that is at temperatures between 100° and 150° Celsius with cooler material for a maximum of two minutes. Stop the vibrating feeders for about five minutes, but keep the conveyor belts in motion. Repeat these steps until finished with HBI removal. While transferring the HBI, inspect the belt transfer system for any sign of overheating. In case of belt overheating, stop the HBI dosing and transfer but keep the transfer belts in motion until they cool. Take special care to avoid pouring water into hoppers and other equipment. Use a front-end loader to spread the HBI to a level of approximate 30 centimetre height to stop the re-oxidation,  Verify that the belts are cooled down and resume HBI transfer per  the previous instructions.
C . Greater than 150° Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:
Before unloading the holds, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book. This should be done every two hours while the contingency is in effect.
Position the HBI with temperatures greater than 150° Celsius at the end of the reception area and spray with pressurized water. In this case, there is no option but to momentarily cool down the HBI.
When the temperature is reduced to between 80º and 150° Celsius , Caution: Do not spray water on hot HBI that is steaming (i.e., emitting water vapor).
Procedure If Hydrogen Concentration Is Over 1% (25% LEL)
Inform the shipper immediately and seek expert advice.
Keep the natural surface ventilation open at all times
Monitor LEL in the holds continuously until level drops to less than 25 %.
Avoid any possible ignition source in the vicinity.
Care shall be taken as to prevent any spark generation.
Monitor the hydrogen concentration in the holds and keep the surface ventilation (either natural or mechanical) until values fall below 1%.
When hydrogen levels are within safe values, proceed as normal.
On the contrary, additional ventilation should be applied to the space if available and re-testing should be conducted after a suitable interval. d expert or surveyor.
At sea, do not open the troubled hold without explicit instructions from the shipper or appointed expert or surveyor.
Ensure there are no possible sources of ignition near the cargo spaces, adjacent spaces or open decks.

BARRIER HOLD COAT is a highly effective  Eco-friendly Product  blending of natural ingredients which provides thin temporary film on Hold Surface to protect corrosion. This is making a barrier between corrosive cargo like Sulfur, Salt, Petcoak, Cement etc and Hold surface .It  can be easily applied by vessel  crew before loading. BARRIER HOLD COAT effectively prevents stains and footprints of cargoes adhering to the surfaces of cargo holds and causing corrosion and are difficult to clean. Therefore, cargo holds can be kept clean with much less effort and cost. The main advantage of  BARRIER HOLD COAT is that it forms a water soluble cargo hold barrier that can be removed very easily, even with the use of cold sea water.  BARRIER HOLD COAT is safe to the environment and to the personnel handling it, and will not contaminant the cargo. It is non-corrosive and safe on all coatings. BARRIER HOLD COAT acts as a barrier and release agent between the cargo hold surface and the next cargo. It should be applied on clean surfaces.
Other Important materials , which help to control corrosion on metal surfaces. Chemically SULPHUR producing STRONG acid in presence of  moisture under excess of temperature, Freshly prepared acid during the reaction rapidly damaging steel surface. This can be prevented by ACID neutralization method. RXSOL BILGE COAT is specially meant to solve this issue. Product Application:
The cargo hold surfaces should be as clean and dry as possible before treatment.  Barrier Hold Coat is supplied at ready-to use concentration and may be applied directly from the drum. Spray the liquid on the cargo hold surfaces by the use of suitable low-pressure spraying equipment. As soon as the surface appears water wet, a proper film is created; do not apply more than necessary. Barrier Hold Coat will cover 15-20 m2 / Ltrs. Allow the film to dry completely before loading the cargo. Depending on air temperature and humidity this will take 1 to 2 hours. After reloading, apply a 2 –  5% solution of a cleaning agent in water to avoid re-deposition of contaminants, and finally flush with clean, high pressure water. Suitable cleaning agents like Rxtuff, Rxtuff High Foam or Aquabreak Rx.
After flushing with water, let the surfaces dry and then repeat the treatment with applying  Barrier Hold Coat before next cargo.

Accumulation of dust from this cargo on deck or in proximity to cargo spaces shall be removed as quickly as possible. Consideration shall be given to carefully cleaning exposed radio communications equipment to which dust might adhere, such as radar, radio, aerials, vhf installations, AIS and GPS. Hosing with sea water should be avoided.
HBI CARGO Hold Wash Concentrate RX  is a versatile all-purpose QUALITY marine cleaning solution. It can be used as a powerful stand-alone cleaner for HBI CARGO .  It can be used as a powerful stand alone cleaner  for HBI CARGO dust and deposition  .

Product Application:
HBI at Elevated Temperatures
The Master of the ship must notify the port authorities if hydrogen gas is detected in the ship holds or if abnormal temperatures are measured in the HBI cargo holds. The Harbor Master and qualified personnel are responsible for executing the action plan when a ship or barge arrives with HBI at the following temperature levels:
A. Greater Than 65° Celsius but Less Than or Equal to 80° Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:
1 > Before unloading the vessel, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book.
2 >  Unload the holds in the assigned zone and immediately transfer the HBI to the storage yard zone as described in PART II, Section 5.4 of this guide.
B. Temperature Greater Than 80° Celsius and Less Than or Equal to 150°
Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:
1 > Before unloading the vessel, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book. This should be done every two hours while the contingency is in effect.
2 >  Unload the holds with HBI at temperature less than 65º Celsius first, then those containing HBI between 65º and 100º Celsius. Continue unloading HBI with temperatures between 100º and 150º Celsius in the
first transfer station, using the movement sense of the belt as a
reference.
3 >  Transfer the HBI from the unloading zone clean and free of debris and flammable material, such as coal, coke and wood to the storage yard indicated by the client as follows:
Transfer the HBI during a maximum of three-minute intervals, and dose (i.e., mix the hotter with the cooler material to have an average temperature lower than the hottest one  no water to be used) the HBI that is at temperatures between 100° and 150° Celsius with cooler material for a maximum of two minutes. Stop the vibrating feeders for about five minutes, but keep the conveyor belts in motion. Repeat these steps until finished with HBI removal. While transferring the HBI, inspect the belt transfer system for any sign of overheating. In case of belt overheating, stop the HBI dosing and transfer but keep the transfer belts in motion until they cool. Take special care to avoid pouring water into hoppers and other equipment. Use a front-end loader to spread the HBI to a level of approximate 30 centimeter height to stop the reoxidation,  Verify that the belts are cooled down and resume HBI transfer per
the previous instructions.
C . Greater than 150° Celsius
Proceed with the following actions:
1 > Before unloading the holds, measure the HBI temperature in each hold and record the measurements in the temperature log book. This should be done every two hours while the contingency is in effect.
2 > Position the HBI with temperatures greater than 150° Celsius at the end of the reception area and spray with pressurized water. In this case, there is no option but to momentarily cool down the HBI.
3 >  When the temperature is reduced to between 80º and 150° Celsius proceed with the steps described in 6.3.2.2. Caution: Do not spray water on hot HBI that is steaming (i.e., emitting water vapor).
Procedure If Hydrogen Concentration Is Over 1% (25% LEL)
1 > Inform the shipper immediately and seek expert advice.
2 > Keep the natural surface ventilation open at all times
3 > Monitor LEL in the holds continuously until level drops to less than 25 %.
4 > Avoid any possible ignition source on the vicinity.
5 > Care shall be taken as to prevent any spark generation.
6 > Monitor the hydrogen concentration in the holds and keep the surface ventilation (either natural or mechanical) until values fall below 1%.
7 > When hydrogen levels are within safe values, proceed as normal.
8 > On the contrary, additional ventilation should be applied to the space if available and re-testing should be conducted after a suitable interval.
9 > Contact the P & I Club and Shipper and follow the instructions of the appointed expert or surveyor.
10 > At sea, do not open the troubled hold without explicit instructions from the shipper or appointed expert or surveyor.
11 > Ensure there are no possible sources of ignition near the cargo spaces, adjacent spaces or open decks.

For light contamination dilute with water in the ratio 1:20 . For medium contamination dilute with a petroleum solvent. And for heavy contamination concentrated RXSOL-20-2006-020  is suggested.
For Engine Room & Cargo Tank Cleaner
Product Description:- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is an all purpose degreaser  emulsifiers, It is an excellent blend of powerful solvent base and emulsifying inorganic products .Specially designed  for engine room and cargo  tank cleaning .Main feature of RXSOL-20-2006-025 is, it finally dissociate slop emulsion  to separate oil and water .This provide us with ability to dispose of waste solution as per MARPOL & IMO rules and regulation .
Dosage:- Dose rate and results will vary depending on the amount of contamination . For light contamination dilution with water up to 1:20 is recommended whereas medium contamination dilution with Petro solvent , And for heavy contamination near RXSOL CB 2006 is suggested to use.
Procedure of use :- RXSOL-20-2006-025 is  recommended for local cleaning & degreasing of engine rooms, bilges & tank  tops. It may be applied by brush, spray, immersion, soaking, or  any  other  conventional  means. RXSOL-20-2006-025 is used  neatly. Allow a residence time of at least 20- 45 minutes where  possible, to ensure good penetration & emulsification. Finally wash the system with hot water & high pressure. The emulsion residue after cleaning must be allowed  to separate  in a holding tank for at least 3-5 hours before passing through an oily water separator.
Tank Cleaning after Mineral Oils/ Lube Oils / Slope-Black Oil
1 )Fill the tank with 1-35 litres per ton wash water. Best results are obtained when water is heated to a   temperature  between  65°C & 80°C  then  stripped  constantly and transferred  to a holding  tank  for  separation. The time for this will vary depending on amount of RXSOL-20-2006-025  used & nature of oil being cleaned.Generally,12 hours should be sufficient before the water phase can be removed.
2) Direct Cleaning. Spray directly RXSOL-20-2006-025 on tank surfaces to be cleaned, left  for at least 30  minutes. Finally wash with a hydro-gating (high pressure) machine. Hot water between 50°C & 80°C recommended.
