It is a heavy duty liquid blend of organic compounds with concentrated emulsifying agents. RXSOL-16-1046-020  is a liquid blend of organic solvent with heavy duty & concentrated emulsifying agents . An extremely effective for removal of burnt grease, carbon deposit , oily residues and lacquers found in fuel oil and lube oil purifiers and filters.

Product Application:
It effectively removes tenacious carbon deposits, burnt grease, Oily residues and lacquers from Disc / Disc stacks of centrifugal separators , Extremely effective for removal of found in fuel oil and lube oil purifiers, filters, separators.
Using Procedure:
Should be diluted ,at the rate of 1-parts RXSOL-16-1046-020  to 5-parts water,( Or 1:1 ratio of any solvent like diesel ) before use or depend on nature of dirt / contamination  RXSOL-16-1046-020  may be used directly. At 50 to 60°C for best results apply higher concentration for 15 min. to  3 hours.After the unit or parts have been satisfactorily cleaned, they should be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water. It is recommended that this product is not used on soft metal, Zinc,Tin, Galvanized surfaces or Anodized Aluminium.

Coverage: One Ltrs diluted solution will cover 120 sf per area.
Dilution:  50 ml  – 250 ml can be diluted with water to make 1 Ltr solution.
The product is easy to mix (1 part water/1 part cleaner), and can be applied to the grout with a small scrub brush. Applying it to one area at a time, then clean with wet sponge, later followed by a quick mopping. Tiles & grout will give full strength of shine and cleaning effect.

Normal soil:

Pressure washing:
Mix 1 part Renovate Industrial Cleaner with 4 parts water and meter at desired setting. Always pre-test surface in an inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not use on water sensitive fabrics, unsealed wood, aluminium or other delicate surfaces. Apply by sprayer, sponge or floor machine. Floor Stripper Ultra Concentrate  is a super powerful easy-to-use soap-free cleaner and stripper specially conceived to strip metallic or urethane floor finish. Floor Stripper Ultra Concentrate  quickly penetrates to emulsify floor finish. It is a biodegradable ultra concentrated floor remover with little foaming and doesn contain ammonia. Otherwise, it can be used as a very powerful degreaser.

Any hard surface which is waxed or sealed – including Epoxy, Urethane & VCT – will stay cleaner and dust-free longer when simply wiped down and maintained using Multi-Surface RXSOL-13-1654-010.

Dilute Floor Stripper Ultra Concentrate  in warm water along with recommended dilutions.
Allow to penetrate 3 to 5 minutes.
The use of an automatic stripper or a scraper may be necessary.
Suck up the emulsion with a mop or a water vacuum.
Neutralize, rinse with cold water and dry the floor well.

Rxsol Floor Brightner is a metallised dry bright floor polish which gives a long lasting gloss finish. Rxsol Floor Brightener not only protects and extends the life of floors but also provides a safe high gloss finish which is easy to maintain and resistant to scuffing.

Product Application:
Using Procedure:
Using a clean mop or applicator, charge with product and tamp down in a wringer, but do not wring out, the mop or applicator should be saturated but not dripping.
Apply to the floor using an overlapping figure of 8 motion. On the  first coat leave a 6 inch gap along the edges.
Allow 20 to 30 minutes drying time. Ensure 1st coat is completely dry before applying a second coat, at right angles to the first coat applying product up to the edges. If required apply a 3rd coat in a similar manner.
Some floors such as stone, or worn porous/vinyl will require sealing do the accordingly.
Regularly maintain the floor by damp mopping, machine scrubbing or spray cleaning. The ideal maintenance product for Rxsol Floor Polish is Floor Stripper.
