Antiscalant C.I ALKA is very power full superior product which making the film to protect the Corrosion and antiscalant in Pipe line and equipment where  supplies hot and cold water.
RO antiscant
Scaling is caused in membranes because the level of hardness salts in the water becomes highly concentrated as it passes through the RO unit. In smaller units scale formation can be prevented by base exchange softening the make-up water but for larger systems that is very expensive. We have developed a range of easy to handle, cost effective RO Antiscalant which increase the solubility of the hardness salts so they remain in solution rather than forming scale on the membrane. Our cost effective RO antiscalants will inhibit a wide range of foulants including: calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate, strontium sulphate, calcium fluoride, silica and iron.
RO Antiscalants are dosed directly to the RO feed water tank or feed water line (after pretreatment) at the recommended dosage of 1-3 mg/L and maximum dosage at 8mg/L, subject to inlet water quality and parameters is respect of Calcium Hardness, Iron, TDS, Alkalinity, pH and silica content. Maximum dilution should be 10% with RO or DI water for temperature less than 30 deg C. For higher temperature the dilution ratio can increase.

Antiscalant C.I ALKA is a special formulated Product by  liquid silicate and inorganic polyphosphates can Food that is used in the treatment of fresh  hot and cold water, for protect the corrosion and scale deposit in Pipe line and Equipment. This significantly reduces the corrosion which caused by aggressive water and promotes the formation of a protective film. Prevents the precipitation of calcium and magnesium in water.

Using Procedure:
For natural waters ‘normally mineralized’ (up to 500 mS / cm). Recommended starting dose of 40 g / m, after the formation of protective film is sufficient.
A maintenance dose of 20 g / m³.
With salt water is very necessary to increase the dose above which can reach, in the case brackish water, even up to 200 g / cm.

Without some means of upstream scale inhibition, RO membranes and their flow passages will foul due to scale, the precipitation of sparingly soluble salts. Common examples of scale are calcium carbonate (CaCO3), calcium sulfate (CASO4), barium sulfate (BaSO4), and strontium sulfate (SrSO4). Less common but equally problematic are silica (SiO2) and calcium fluoride (CaF) scales.
Dissolved iron salts are stabilized through the sequestration mechanism, in addition, suspended sediments containing iron in the form of Fe (OH) 3, FePO4, FeCO3 will stabilize through the dispersion mechanism. A reagent having such a double action remains effective over a wide pH range 6.

Specially designed for removal of rust from any steel surface area and rust stains from brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, wood and ceramic surfaces. Also acts as a surface brightener.

Product Application:
For removal of rust stains on painted surfaces and wood, RXSOL RSR should be applied at full concentration for heavy stains, or diluted to 20-50% for light stains. Allow to soak for 15 to 30 minutes and wash off with water. A second application may be necessary to remove the stubborn stains.

Cresols (also hydroxytoluene) are organic compounds which are methylphenols. They are a widely occurring natural and manufactured group of aromatic organic compounds, which are categorized as phenols (sometimes called phenolics). Depending on the temperature, cresols can be solid or liquid because they have melting points not far from room temperature. Like other types of phenols, they are slowly oxidized by long exposure to air, and the impurities often give samples of cresols a yellowish to brownish red tint. Cresols have an odor characteristic to that of other simple phenols, reminiscent of some of a “coal tar” smell. The name cresol reflects their structure, being phenols, and their traditional source, creosote.

Cresols are precursors or synthetic intermediates to other compounds and materials, including plastics, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and dyes.
Most recently, cresols have been used to create a breakthrough in manufacturing carbon nanotubes at scale that are separated and not twisted, without additional chemicals that change the surface properties of the nanotubes.

Crotonaldehyde is a chemical compound with the formula CH3CH=CHCHO. The compound is usually sold as a mixture of the E- and Z-isomers, which differ with respect to the relative position of the methyl and formyl groups. The E-isomer is more common (data given in Table is for the E-isomer). This lachrymatory liquid is moderately soluble in water and miscible in organic solvents. As an unsaturated aldehyde, crotonaldehyde is a versatile intermediate in organic synthesis. It occurs in a variety of foodstuffs, e.g. soybean oils.

Product Application:
Crotonaldehyde is produced by the aldol condensation of acetaldehyde:
2 CH3CHO → CH3CH=CHCHO + H2O
Its main application is as a precursor to fine chemicals. Sorbic acid, a food preservative, and trimethylhydroquinone, a precursor to the vitamin E, are prepared from crotonaldehyde. Other derivatives include crotonic acid and 3-methoxybutanol.
Crotonaldehyde is a multifunctional molecule that exhibits diverse reactivity. It is an excellent prochiral dienophile. It is a Michael acceptor. Addition of methylmagnesium chloride produces 3-penten-2-ol.
The reaction of crotonaldehyde with ethanol then gives kethoxal (anhydrous).
Polyurethane catalyst N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-1,4-butanediamine (also known as TMBDA) is obtained by hydrogenating N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-1,4-butenediamine which is a reaction product of crotonaldehyde and dimethylamine.

Application:

Acrylonitrile is used principally as a monomer to prepare polyacrylonitrile, a homopolymer, or several important copolymers, such as styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), and other synthetic rubbers such as acrylonitrile butadiene (NBR). Hydrodimerization of acrylonitrile affords adiponitrile, used in the synthesis of certain nylons:
