RXSOL-20-2030-210 is an extremely effective liquid blend of concentrated emulsifier with penetrating agents , mild abrasives and wetting agents which makes this an excellent liquid scouring cleansers for cleaning and degreasing of double bottom, deep tanks etc which is used for fuel oils It can also be used for BOILERS , MARINE DIESEL ENGINE COOLING WATER SYSTEM and for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms on deck.

Product Application:
Directions for Use and Dose Rates: RXSOL-20-2030-210 is specially formulated for cleaning double bottom, deep and wing tanks etc, used for fuel oils. It can also be used for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms and on deck. Soak Method for heavy soil put parts into undiluted RXSOL-20-2030-210, for general soiling use a solution of 10-30% RXSOL-20-2030-210 water. Parts should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before washing off with water. Spraying Method Use neat RXSOL-20-2030-210 over all soiled areas. Allow 10-20 minutes for reaction , then rinse with a high pressure water hose., Scrubbing will assist the cleaning operation for stubborn deposits.

CTC Volc Cleaner is a very strong cleaner, which can be used to soften up / remove baked on drying oils and used after animal and vegitable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tug oils etc .It is a low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter. It is free from hydrocarbon solvents, Biodegradable minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials.Suitable for cleaning of Lube oils Gas oil Kerosene Mineral oil Products. Phthalates paraffin’s vegetable oils Odour intensive products.

Product Application:
Using-Procedure:
First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method of using RXSOL-20-2028 is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.
Spraying Method: Using CTC as delivered in drums, spray onto areas where residue remains following rough washing leave for 10-45 minutes (but do not allow to dry), then butter worth at maximum pressure and warm water 60oC for at least 3 hours, checking that there is no foam remaining in the final stages. Inspects tanks(s) and if desired result has been achieved fresh water rinse and dry.
Re- Circulation Method: Fill tank with fresh water and heat up to warm 50oC . IF a drop line is available on the tank line system, then start to circulate the water and add the required amount of Caustic flakes and CTC to make a 2.5% solution. A stronger solution can be made, but be advised that too much Caustic and too high temperature will result in white powder all over the tank. Under normal circumstances, between 2.5% and 4.5% will be sufficient strength. If there is no drop line, then lower butter worth hoses into the tank from the pump stack header without machines attached and circulate through these hoses while you fill the solution material.

Bilge Clean 210 Ltr : RXSOL-10-1002-210
RXSOL-10-1002-210 : is a powerful degreaser for engine rooms and fuel cargo tanks . It is non-toxic which makes handling easy . RXSOL-10-1002-210 mainly  breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering.

Product Application:
RXSOL-10-1002-210 is used in combination with multistage bilge water cleaning systems that include mechanical separation of free oil, emulsion breaking, flocculation and filtration. After dosing, Bilge Water Flocculant breaks the oil-in-water emulsion created by contaminants in lubricating and fuel oils, emulsifying cleaning agents etc. It then destabilizes the remaining small oil droplets and agglomerates them into larger particles (flocs) that are easily collected by filtering. It is highly recommended for heavy duty degreasing action .

Using Procedure:
Typical dose rate:  100 – 500 ppm  (0.1 – 0.5 litre/m3 of water)
In a multistage bilge water cleaning system, RXSOL-10-1002-210 is fed undiluted through a dosage pump connected to the pressure side of the oil descaler. The floc tank is fed according to the flow of the bilge water pumped into it. The feed is adjusted in connection with the installation. It is highly recommended for heavy duty degreasing action  , Depending on contamination 5-25% with fresh water.

Fatty Acid Oil Cleaner contains a Strong emulsifier which is specialized for emulsification of Fatty Acid. It is a very strong cleaner, which can be used to soften up / remove baked-on drying oils and also used after animal and vegetable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tung oil etc.This product is an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents, Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials. These are highly acknowledged due to their accurate composition and effectiveness.

Product Application:
Procedure:
Fatty acid oils/fats will react with seawater as well as with untreated fresh water and will format magnesium and calcium soaps (white residues). If possible seawater or untreated freshwater (high water hardness) should not be used for pre-cleaning.
1. Butter worth the tanks 1-1,5 hour with a treated freshwater, which should be prepared in a separate tank. The cleaning temperature should be approx. 20-25 Degree Calcius above the melting point of the product.
If the use of seawater cannot be avoided Butter worth the tank for 1-1, 5 hour with seawater of a temperature of 10 -150 C above the melting point of the product. After a sufficient pre-cleaning the temperature can be increased to 20-250 C above          the melting point of the product.
2. If seawater was used in STEP 1: Flush the tank 10 minutes with fresh water to remove the residues of seawater.
3. Prepare the following cleaning solution in fresh water:
0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC
5% RXSOL AL 2005 Butter worth the tank 1.5 hours with the prepared solution by recirculation. The temperature should be approx. 70-80°C.
4. Butter worth the tank for 1 hour with hot seawater (60-800 C)
5. Flush the tank with freshwater Inspect the tank: If white residues are present Butter worth the tank with on of the following solution:
3-5% Phosphoric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC ; or
3-5% Nitric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC ; or
2-5% of a metallic brightener RXSOL MB 1011 and 0, 4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC The cleaning temperature should be moderate (50°C.) Use heating coils not the Butter worth heater.
6. Butter worth the tank 0, 5 hours with fresh water.
7. Ventilate, mop and dry the tank.

Palm Fatty Acid Cleaner : RXSOL-20-2045-210
Palm Fatty Acid Cleaner is a Strong emulsifier which is specialized for emulsification of Palm oil, which can be used to soften up remove baked on drying oils and also used for cleaning of animal and vegetable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tung oil etc. This product is an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents , Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials. For effective cleaning of animal and vegetable oils the first cleaning step is of utmost importance. Vegetable oils are divided in:
Non-drying products
Semi-drying products
Drying products
Fatty acids Non Drying Products

Product Application:
Procedure:
Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature 20°C. above the melting point of the product to be cleaned. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 hours the temperature can be increased. Drying and Semi-drying Products These are oxidizing products and through reaction with oxygen they will dry and harden. Tank cleaning should be executed as soon as possible after discharge. High temperatures (e.g. cleaning or steaming) and heated cargoes in adjacent tanks should be avoided.
Butterworth the tank with cold to warm seawater or fresh water. If the product has a higher melting point Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature maximum 10°C above the melting point of the product. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 – 2 hours the temperature can be increased. Fatty Acids or vegetable/animal oils with high free fatty acid content see the cleaning suggestion of Fatty Acids.
If seawater was used in step 1 it is of utmost importance to flush/rinse the tank with freshwater before cleaning as per step 3 is continued.
(Final cleaning)Prepare the following solution (A) in freshwater :Solution A(emulsification) 0. 4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC Butterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved / maintained by means of heating coils, cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 4 tanks.On some vegetable/animal oils it is recommended to saponify additionally the product residues : Therefore prepare one of the following solutions (B or C) in freshwater : Solution B 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2.5% Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) or Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Solution C 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2 – 5% RXSOL AL 2005
continuedButterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved/maintained by means of heating coil (service tank) cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater.If RXSOL CTC-VOLC is used the cleaning temperature should be 60-700 CIf Sodium or Potassium Hydroxide is used the cleaning temperature should be 600C.If RXSOL AL 2005 Marine is used the cleaning temperature can be 70-800 C. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 3 tanks.
Butterworth the tank 1 hour with hot seawater.
Rinse the tank with freshwater.
Inspect the tank; if white residues or a white film is present (calcium/magnesium soaps or carbonate) Butterworth the tank with one the following solution: 3-5% phosphoric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 3-5% nitric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 5-10% citric acid and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) or 2% P3 T1166 Marine and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) The cleaning temperature should be moderate (50°C.) Use heating coils not the Butterworth heater.
Flush the tank with freshwater.
Ventilate, mop and dry the cargo tank.

Gas oil approx. 50/55°C
Kerosene approx. 30/40°C

Prepare the following cleaning solution in freshwater or seawater:0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC Butterworth the tank 1 hour by recirculation with a temperature of approx. 60°C. The necessary temperature can be achieved/maintained by means of heating coils, or going via the Butterworth heater. Depending on the amount of cargo residues the solution can be used for 1 to 3 tanks.
Butterworth the tank for 0.5 hours with hot fresh water.
Ventilate, mop and dry the tank.

Instead of recirculation cleaning the RXSOL CTC-VOLC can be injected into the Butterworth system (see cleaning method ).

Wax Cleaner Paraffin Slack is very effective product and complex blend of terpenehydrocarbons which have very strong emulsification and cleaning action on wax.It is Versatile, can be used for a wide application range ( for TANK or general cleaning).

Can be used for cleaning of double bottom, pipeline deep and other fuel oil bunker tanks.
May also be used for cleaning  of crude and refined mineral oil cargo tanks.
It can be used as a general purpose cleaner to remove oil and grease deposits  and cleaning of bilge spaces and engine rooms from soiled surfaces.
Can be used for degreasing and cleaning engine cooling water systems

Procedure:
PIGGING Operation :::
WAXY Pipe walls can be clean by using RXSOL-20-2044-210 pigging method. And can be applied to a pipeline along with a series of co-solvent mixture..
RXSOL-20-2044-210 has also been successfully used to remove restrictive wax deposits in topside process equipment, topsides pipework, drains systems crude oil storage tank and crude oil flowline and risers.
Tank cleaning operation
Slack Wax (Cleaning procedure)
(Paraffin with a high oil content and a high melting point)
Steam the tank for approx. 1-1, 5 hour. The temperature should be at least 20°C above the melting point of the slack wax.
Butterworth the tank 1-1, 5 hour directly after steaming with hot seawater or hot fresh water. Let the water flow on deck until the required temperature has been reached. The temperature during the cleaning should be 20°C. above the melting point of the wax. The cleaning time should be sufficiently long to reach the melting point of the wax.
Due not interrupt the cleaning process and continue to Butterworth the tank with hot seawater or freshwater for another hour and inject the RXSOL-20-2044-210 (see method 3).Therefore mix the RXSOL-20-2044-210 into a drum with water (1 to 2 pails/100 litres water) and inject the mixture simultaneously into the Butterworth line during cleaning. The necessary amount to be injected depends on the consumption and number of Butterworth machines. Calculate for 10-15 m3 of wash water 1 pail  of RXSOL-20-2044-210
Flush the tank with fresh water
Ventilate, mop and dry the tank.
Note: during cleaning there should be no ballast water adjacent to the tank
