RUST Kleen 999 RX  (DERUSTING SOLUTION)  is a Liquid  Acid, Surfactant, and Corrosion Inhibitor based product primarily designed to simultaneously clean and remove rust from steel and iron parts. This product is also effective in removing flux, heat scale and other oxides from steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium in immersion and hand-wipe cleaning applications.

Product Application:
RUST Kleen 999 RX  (DERUSTING SOLUTION)  is also suitable for preparing steel and aluminium surfaces for painting in immersion (Vat) or hand-wipe applications.  Use of  Rust Kleen 999 RX  (DERUSTING SOLUTION) for cleaning, rust removal or pre-paint preparation must be followed with a fresh water rinse and drying. If used prior to painting, parts should be painted after the drying step.
For parts cleaning, rust removal and surface preparation prior to painting in automotive and industrial applications.
Dose:
Equipment :  Customer Owned Machines Immersion (other common terms – Vats, Dip Tanks, Hot Tanks).
Note: Tanks (Vats) should be made of stainless steel (304, 316, or 347), ceramics or other acid proof materials. Heating elements should be made of stainless steel, impervious carbon or graphite. Do not use Monel equipment, lead or rubber lining in tanks.
Soils :  Light to moderate grease and oil. Light to heavy rust, heat scale, flux, and other oxides.
Operating Instructions:
Immersion: Use 5% to 25% volume with water at room temperature to 160ºF. Follow the cleaning step with fresh water rinsing and drying. The higher the concentration and heat, the faster the rust removal. Immersion time depends on the degree of soil and amount of rust to be removed. Hand Wipe: Use 10% to 50%/volume added to water at room temperature to 120ºF. Apply with clean rags, wipes or brushes. Allow the Rust Remover to soak on part surfaces for several minutes before wiping or brushing for improved results. Follow with fresh water rinsing then dry the parts.
*Note: Use acid resistant gloves and safety glasses when handling this product. Refer to the product MSDS for complete safety instructions.

Titration Procedure:
Using a pipette, take a 5 ml sample of Rust Remover from the cleaning bath
Put the 5 ml sample into the mixing flask
Add 10 ml of water then stir well to mix
Add 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator
Counting the drops added, add 10N Sodium Hydroxide one drop at a time until the solution turns from clear to purple. Swirl between drops. The number of drops needed is the concentration of the Rust Remover.
Precautions :
Not intended for spray use.
Do not use or mix with chlorine containing cleaners or solutions as chlorine gas can be released.
Will gradually attack steel tanks, heating elements and piping
This product is highly acidic. The product concentrate causes burns of the eyes and may cause burns of the skin.
Handling : Keep away from sparks or flame. Do not breathe dust or vapors. allowed out of the workplace. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Wash thoroughly after handling. Acid reacts with water and can splatter acid onto personnel. When diluting, cautiously mix product and water together while stirring
Storage : Store containers in a cool, dry place. Do not pressurize, cut, weld, braze, solder, drill, or grind containers. Keep containers away from heat, flame, sparks, static electricity, or other sources of ignition.

Aqua Wash Cleaner is classified as Ship hold Cleaning chemicals. Aqua Wash Cleaner is a superior degreaser also can be utilized as general purpose cleaning and degreasing agent for removal of oil and residues including salt, coal dust and its residues. Aqua Wash Cleaner contains anionic and non ionic surfactant including the powerful alkaline dispersing agent. Product Application:
Due to its powerful detergent effect, Aqua wash immediately starts a chemical dissolving reaction to dissolve and removes oil, fat and grease. Its formulation is developed to solve many cleaning problems to use as multi cleaning action as an all-purpose cleaner in the engine room, on deck, Also is used as a tank cleaner.
Using Procedure:
For removal of final coal dust residues, spray neat and leave for 10 –  20 minutes and then pressure wash with fresh or sea water. While for General cleaning: Aqua Wash Cleaner can be diluted to a 2% solution in water for light cleaning. It must be allowed to soak for 1-15 minutes before rinsing with a water jet. The effectiveness of the product is increased by using water at a temperature of 20 up to 60°C for dilution and rinsing.
Spraying Method: It may be used neat or diluted by up to 50 parts of water, according to the amount and type soil to be removed For contamination, Aqua Wash Cleaner is sprayed on undiluted and left for 20 – 60 minutes. It must then be hosed off with a powerful water jet, whilst brushing the surfaces.
Direct injection Re circulation method: Dose rate: 0.5 –  5 litres per tonne wash water (0.05 –  0.5%) through tank washing machines
Spot Cleaning. Hand sprayed neat or diluted up to 1 – 5 parts water and left for about 20 – 30 minutes before washing off with water.
Ultrasonic tank cleaning. 50ml: 50 ltrs water (increase as required).

Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaning Fluid RXSOL 27 : RXSOL-16-1927-025
RXSOL 27 is a concentrated, neutral, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, water based detergent cleaning fluid for cleaning and corrosion inhibition of gas turbine compressors. One operation cleans and protects the engine and also inhibits corrosion.
Blend of non-ionic surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, organic solvents and demineralised water.

Product Application:
Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaning.
Appearance: Clear pale straw coloured liquid with a mild pleasant odour.
Solubility: Completely soluble in water. No agitation required.
Compatibility: Not corrosive or detrimental to any of the materials normally used in gas turbine engines or aircraft components. No adverse effect on synthetic turbine oils.

Using Procedure:
By spray ring or lance in either starter-driver (off-line) or fired (on-line) wash as directed by the engine manufacturers, in the quantities recommended in the engine manual. It is essential during hot wash that the cleaner should leave as little ash residue as possible to avoid blocking turbine blade cooling holes. RXSOL 27 has a maximum ash content of <0.01%, as part of the compliance with OEM specifications for compressor washing fluid.
The unique corrosion inhibitor allows engines to be left ready for an instant restart, even in salty offshore conditions.

RXSOL MOYA OIL is an effective and  economical emulsifier. Safe to use on most metal surfaces, painted and coated surfaces and also used as a multipurpose degreaser in extremely hard cleaning conditions.

Product Application:
RXSOL-20-2023 is   applied  by  Spraying , Brushing, Soaking,  Dipping , Rubbing,  or     Mopping Spraying  is  used for cold cleaning  interiors of oil storage  tanks or  where surfaces to  be cleaning   interior  or oil  storage tanks or  where surfaces to be cleaned are irregular. After spraying  RXSOL-20-2023 should  be allowed  to remain for 10 to 20 minutes before rinsing. If  dry surfaces  are not  required it is necessary to rinse with water .Brushing and mopping is used with  RXSOL-20-2023  for removing oil from decks, piers and other large areas .
Dipping & soaking in unheated  RXSOL-20-2023 is the most economical way of cleaning small or large parts. Rubbing with a soft cloth or  sponge soaked  with RXSOL-20-2023  is an easy and quick method of  cleaning larger  parts and painted surfaces. Steam  cleaning can be speeded up by spraying RXSOL-20-2023 a few minutes prior to steam lancing.

RXSOL-16-1697-003 is a concentrated outdoor condenser coil cleaner and brightener. It effectively foams away stubborn,’baked on’ lint, smoke film, insects, feathers, grass, leaves and other deposits from air cooled condenser coils. The expanding foam pushes contamination out of the coil and is easily rinsed away with water. In addition to removing contaminants, the RXSOL COIL CLEANER formula effectively restores efficiency and reduces operating cost by removing hidden oxidation from the coil surfaces.

USES:
Deep cleaning of outdoor condenser coils to restore efficiency and increase performance of the system.

DILUTION RATIOS:
Because RXSOL-16-1697-003 is highly concentrated, it must be diluted prior to use. Dilution also improves penetration into the coil and increases product performance. Actual dilution ratios will vary according to the application. The following is intended as a general guideline:
Up to 8-10 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem  for light cleaning and brightening, when expanding foam is not required.
3-5 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem  for foaming action on difficult cleaning tasks.
1-2 parts water to 1 part RXSOL Active Chem  for use as a high foaming, aluminum finned, air cooled condenser coil cleaner. Use the minimum concentration required to accomplish your task.

Note: Do not use RXSOL-16-1697-003 at concentrations greater than 1:1 (less than 1 part water to 1 part RXSOL-16-1697-003 . Rinse the treated surfaces as well as the surrounding area thoroughly after use.

APPLICATION METHODS:
Low pressure, acid resistant tank sprayers are recommended.
Regardless of application method, avoid inhalation of mist or contact of liquid or mist with skin.

SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
When handling RXSOL-16-1697-003 or any other strong chemical, be sure to wear chemical impervious gloves, apron and splash goggles.

Determine required dilution ratio for the specific application. It is recommended to start with a dilution ratio of 10:1 and increase concentration until the desired results are achieved.
As with mixing all acids, place the desired amount of water into the tank and then add RXSOL-16-1697-003
Turn off fans and allow hot coils to cool before applying.
Using plain water, wet both the condenser coil as well as the area surrounding the equipment. Wetting the coil with water aids in product penetration and performance.
Apply the properly diluted product to the coil surface. Whenever possible, apply a solution from the outlet side of the coil. Allow the product to remain on the surface, normally 5-10 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the coil. Note: In extreme cases, application may have to be repeated to achieve desired results.
If foaming does not occur, check for extreme grease buildup which will slow the cleaning process. Foaming may not occur if the coil is coated or painted.
Rinse coils, tools and surrounding area thoroughly after completing the coil cleaning process

RXSOL-40-5025-025  is a catalysed oxygen scavenger in powder form. It is a blend of sodium sulphite and a catalyst. It is recommended for the rapid and complete removal of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water. RXSOL-40-5025-025 reacts with oxygen to produce sodium sulphate, which contributes to the dissolved solids in boiler feed water. (Na2SO3 + ½ O2 = Na2SO4).

Product Application:
RXSOL-40-5025-025 solution should be dosed continuously. Dissolve the required quantity of RXSOL-40-5025-025 gently in boiler feed water in a separate tank. Does this solution continuously in the boiler feed water line after the deaerator.
Above 8 ppm of sodium sulphite is required for the removal of 1 ppm of dissolved oxygen from boiler feed water. About 10% to 20% of excess sulphite should be dosed to provide oxygen consuming reserve.

RXSOL-12-T-300-20 is a multi – prupose heavy duty cleaing soap solution used as a common dirt remover in residential, commercial and industrial cleaning processes.

Product Application:
Uses and Benefit A surfactant (Surface Active Agent).
Advantages:
1.   Very effective as a long chain cleaning compound.
2.   It will form gels, emulsify oil and lower the surface tension of water.  A lower surface tension allows the soap to come in contact with greater surface area than with water alone.

Disadvantages of ordinary soap :::
1.   When used in hard water, soap can produce a scum – calcium and magnesium salts present in hard water react with the soap to cause this to happen.  Soapless or synthetic detergents do not leave a residual film behind.
2.   Considerable rinsing is required to remove soap scum.
3.   Soap may produce a greasy build-up on the surface which can be slippery.
4.   More expensive than synthetic detergents.

Product Note:
RXSOL-12-T-300-20 has a long non-polar hydrocarbon chain and a highly polar group at the end of the molecule thus having a cleaning power better than ordinary soap.

Carbon Remover LT  is a non-corrosive, powerful solvent for removal of carbonaceous deposits. Carbon Remover LT contains no chlorinated solvents or phenolic compounds and has low toxicity to the environment and to persons handling it.  ::: ( This product is WATER INSOLUBLE )

Using Procedure:
This is an effective way of cleaning deposits from machine parts. The items to be cleaned are dipped into the solvent. A wire basket can be used for small components. For removal of light deposits or oil, a dilution of up to 1:2 in fresh water can be used. Light deposits will be removed in 1 hour, whereas heavily oxidized deposits may need overnight soaking. After the components have been removed from the soaking bath, remaining solvent is easily flushed off with water. Due to a very low evaporation rate, no precautions are necessary to prevent loss of liquid, but adequate ventilation is recommended. Cleaning the Oil Side of Heat Exchangers Where in-situ cleaning is required, Carbon Remover LT can be used neat and circulated through the unit in question. Time required for this process will again depend on the extent of fouling and may take up to 24 hours. recommended to be used.

Disconnect the heat exchanger’s oil inlet and outlet, drain off any remaining oil.
Connect the discharge side of the Chemical Cleaning Unit (CCU) to the lower heat exchanger connection and fit the return to the CCU.
Add Carbon Remover LT to the drum and heat, maintaining the temperature (max 60°C), throughout the cleaning operation. If heat is not available the cleaning time will need to be extended.

Circulate for 12 hours. When the cleaning is complete, disconnect the lower heat exchange connection.
