RXSOL MOYA OIL is effective and  economical emulsifier. Safe to use on most metal surfaces, painted and coated surfaces and also used as a multipurpose degreaser in extremely hard cleaning conditions.

Product Application:
RXSOL-20-2023 is   applied  by  Spraying , Brushing, Soaking,  Dipping , Rubbing,  or     Mopping Spraying  is  used for cold cleaning  interiors of oil storage  tanks or  where surfaces to  be cleaning   interior  or oil  storage tanks or  where surfaces to be cleaned are irregular. After spraying  RXSOL-20-2023 should  be allowed  to remain for 10 to 20 minutes before rinsing. If  dry surfaces  is not  required it is necessary to rinse with water .Brushing and mopping is used with  RXSOL-20-2023  for removing oil from decks  piers and other large areas .
Dipping & soaking in unheated  RXSOL-20-2023 is the most economical way of cleaning small or large parts. Rubbing with a soft cloth or  sponge soaked  with RXSOL-20-2023  is an easy and quick method of  cleaning larger  parts and painted surface. Steam  cleaning can be speeded up by spraying RXSOL-20-2023 a few minutes prior to steam lancing.

A very strong cleaner, which can be used to soften up / remove baked on drying oils and also used after animal and vegetable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tung oil etc.  It is low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily  matter. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents , Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials. For effective cleaning of animal and vegetable oils the first cleaning step is of utmost importance. Vegetable oils are divided in:
Non-drying products
Semi-drying products
Drying products
Fatty acids Non Drying Products

Product Application:
Direction for Use:
Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature 20°C. above the melting point of the product to be cleaned. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 hours the temperature can be increased. Drying and Semi-drying Products These are oxidising products and through reaction with oxygen they will dry and harden. Tank cleaning should be executed as soon as possible after discharge. High temperatures (e.g. cleaning or steaming) and heated cargoes in adjacent tanks should be avoided.
Butterworth the tank with cold to warm seawater or fresh water. If the product has a higher melting point Butterworth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature maximum 10°C above the melting point of the product. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 – 2 hours the temperature can be increased. Fatty Acids or vegetable/animal oils with high free fatty acid content see the cleaning suggestion of Fatty Acids.
If seawater was used in step 1 it is of utmost importance to flush/rinse the tank with freshwater before cleaning as per step 3 is continued.
(Final cleaning)Prepare the following solution (A) in fresh water: Solution A(emulsification) 0. 4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC Butterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved / maintained by means of heating coils, cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 4 tanks. On some vegetable/animal oils it is recommended to saponify additionally the product residues: Therefore prepare one of the following solutions (B or C) in freshwater: Solution B 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2.5% Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) or Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Solution C 0.4 % RXSOL CTC-VOLC plus 2 – 5% RXSOL AL 2005
continued Butterworth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved/maintained by means of heating coil (service tank) cargo heat exchanger or Butterworth heater. If RXSOL CTC-VOLC is used the cleaning temperature should be 60-700 CIf Sodium or Potassium Hydroxide is used the cleaning temperature should be 600C.If RXSOL AL 2005 Marine is used the cleaning temperature can be 70-800 C. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 3 tanks.
Butterworth the tank 1 hour with hot seawater
Rinse the tank with fresh water
Inspect the tank; if white residues or a white film is present (calcium/magnesium soaps or carbonate) Butterworth the tank with one the following solution: 3-5% phosphoric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 3-5% nitric acid and 0.4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (stainless steel only); or 5-10% citric acid and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) or 2% P3 T1166 Marine and 0,4% RXSOL CTC-VOLC (also suitable for Epoxy Coatings) The cleaning temperature should be moderate (50°C.) Use heating coils not the Butterworth heater.
Flush the tank with fresh water
Ventilate, mop and dry the cargo tank.

Styrene Monomer Cleaner : RXSOL-20-2048-210
Styrene  Monomer Cleaner is Colorless clear oily liquid with sweet odor when pure, sharp disagreeable when impure. During Loading, transport,discharge and tank cleaning avoid any heat and heated cargoes in adjacent tank use this solution for removal of smell.Inhibited product can start polymerising >51C with generation of great heat which can ignite the cargo and rupture the tank.

Styrene Monomer (Cleaning Procedure)
Direction for use:
During loading, transport, discharge and tank cleaning avoid any heat and heated cargoes in adjacent tanks (risk of polymerisation). Use a new solution of RXSOL CTC-VOLC only for removal of the smell (final touch).
Butterworth the tank 1, 5 hours with cold sea water or freshwater
Prepare the following solution in the tank to be cleaned: 5 m3 fresh water, with a temperature of 30°C. 1 pail of CTC-Cleaner-VLC (0, 4%)Butterworth the tank one hour by recirculation (T: 300 C).
Rinse the tank 15 minutes with fresh water
Ventilate, Mop and Dry the tank. Instead of recirculation cleaning as per
the RXSOL CTC-VOLC can be also injected into the Butterworth system:
A Butterworth the tank 1, 5 hours with cold seawater or fresh water. STEP 1 B Butterworth the tank 1 hour with seawater or freshwater of a moderate temperature (approx 500C) and inject the RXSOL CTC-VOLC (see method 3).
B should be carried out only for the removal of smell (No residues of Styrene present).

Aqua Wash Cleaner is classified as Ship hold Cleaning chemicals. Aqua Wash Cleaner is a superior degreaser also can be utilized as general purpose cleaning and degreasing agent for removal of oil and residues including salt, coal dust and its residues. Aqua Wash Cleaner contains anionic and nonionic surfactant including the powerful alkaline dispersing agent. Aqua Wash Cleaner can be used on most common metals, synthetic materials, rubber and hardened paints and lacquers.

Product Application:
Due to its powerful detergency effect, Aqua wash immediately start a chemical dissolving reaction to dissolve and removes oil, fat and grease. Its formulation is developed to solve many cleaning problems to use as multi cleaning action as an all-purpose cleaner in the engine room, on deck, Also is used as a tank cleaner.

Using Procedure:
For removal of final coal dust residues, spray neat and leave for 10 –  20 minutes and then pressure wash with fresh or sea water. While for General cleaning: Aqua Wash Cleaner can be diluted to a 2% solution in water for light cleaning. It must be allowed to soak for 1-15 minutes before rinsing with a waterjet. The effectiveness of the product is increased by using water at a temperature of 20 up to 60°C for dilution and rinsing.
Spraying Method: It may be used neat or diluted by up to 50 parts of water, according to the amount and type soil to be removed For contamination, Aqua Wash Cleaner is sprayed on undiluted and left for 20 – 60 minutes. It must then be hosed off with a powerful waterjet, whilst brushing the surfaces.
Direct injection Recirculation method: Dose rate: 0.5 –  5 litres per tonne wash water (0.05 –  0.5%) through tank washing machines
Spot Cleaning. Hand sprayed neat or diluted up to 1 – 5 parts water and left for about 20 – 30 minutes before washing off with water.
Ultrasonic tank cleaning. 50ml: 50 ltrs water (increase as required).

Alkleen Heavy Duty Liquid : RXSOL-20-2015-050
Well balanced alkaline cleaner. It is free hydrocarbon solvents.Gentle & suitable for tank cleaning operation. A very strong sodium hydroxide based alkaline cleaner, which can be used to soften up / remove baked on drying oils and also used after animal and vegetable oils, fish oils, tall oils, tung oil etc.  It is a low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily  matter. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents , Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials.

Product Application:
It can be used as a general purpose cleaner to remove oil and grease deposits. First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method of using RXSOL-20-2015-050 is by direct injection followed by re circulation washing, using tank cleaning machines. Spraying Method  – Using LAC as delivered in drums, spray onto areas where residue remains following rough washing leave for 10-45 minutes (but do not allow to dry), then butter worth at maximum pressure and warm water 60 oC for at least 3 hours, checking that there is no foam remaining in the final stages.  Inspects tanks(s) and if desired result has been achieved fresh water rinse and dry.

Using Procedure:
Vegetable and Animal Oils (Cleaning Procedure)
For effective cleaning of animal and vegetable oils the first cleaning step is of utmost importance. Vegetable oils are divided in:
Non-drying products
Semi-drying products
Drying products
Fatty acids Non Drying Products
1. Butter worth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature 20°C. above the melting point of the product to be cleaned. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 hours the temperature can be increased. Drying and Semi-drying Products These are oxidizing products and through reaction with oxygen they will dry and harden. Tank cleaning should be executed as soon as possible after discharge. High temperatures (e.g. cleaning or steaming) and heated cargoes in adjacent tanks should be avoided.
2. Butter worth the tank with cold to warm seawater or freshwater.If the product has a higher melting point Butter worth the tank with seawater or freshwater with a temperature maximum 10°C above the melting point of the product. After sufficient pre-cleaning of at least 1.5 – 2 hours the temperature can be increased. Fatty Acids or  vegetable/animal oils with high free fatty acid content see the cleaning suggestion of Fatty Acids.
3. If seawater was used in step 1 it is of utmost importance to flush/rinse the tank with freshwater before cleaning as per step 3 is continued.
4. Final cleaning Prepare the following solution in freshwater (see table):
Make solution a emulsification 0. 4 % RXSOL-20-2015-210 Butter worth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved / maintained by means of heating coils, cargo heat exchanger or Butter worth heater. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 4 tanks. On some vegetable/animal oils it is recommended to saponify additionally the product residues (see table): Therefore prepare one of the following solutions (B or C) in
freshwater (see table):
5. continued Butter worth the tank with the prepared solution for 1, 5-2, 0 hours by recirculation. The necessary temperature can be achieved /maintained by means of heating coil (service tank) cargo heat  exchanger or Butter worth heater. If RXSOL-20-2015-210 is used the  cleaningtemperature should be 60-70°C. And  If sodium or Potassium Hydroxide is used the cleaning temperature should be 60.C. If RXSOL-20-2015-210 is used the cleaning temperature can be 70-80°C. Depending on the amount of product residues the solution can be used for 1 to 3 tanks.
6. Butterworth the tank 1 hour with hot seawater
7. Rinse the tank with fresh water
8. Inspect the tank; if white residues or a white film is present (calcium/magnesium soaps or carbonate) Butter worth the tank with one the following solution: 3-5% RXSOL-16-1011-210 ( www.rxmarine.com/metal-brite-210-ltrs-pkg )  The cleaning temperature should be moderate (50°C.) Use heating coils not the Butter worth heater.
9. Flush the tank with fresh water
10.Ventilate, mop and dry the cargo tank.

Re-circulation Method :
Fill tank with fresh water and heat up to warm 50 oC .IF a drop line is available on the tank line system, then start to circulate the water and add the required amount of Caustic flakes and LAC to make a 2.5% solution.  A stronger solution can be made, but be advised that too much Caustic and too high temperature will result in white powder all over the tank.  Under normal circumstances, between 2.5% and 4.5% will be sufficient strength.  If there is no drop line, then lower butter worth hoses into the tank from the pump stack header without machines attached and circulate through these hoses while you fill the solution material.
* Use a strainer at the pump stack when circulating any solution.*

Using Procedure:
Chemical Tank Cleaning
Spraying
The tank should be sprayed with BSOLV, and then left for 45 minutes.  After 45 minutes the tank should be butter worth-ed warm 50-60 o C for 30 minutes, followed by a 4 hour hot wash 80 – 85 o C, after which fresh water rinse and dry the tank.  All safety precautions must be taken whenever handling this product.
Re-circulation
Sufficient BSOLV should be filled into the tank so that the cargo pump and butter worth machines function properly.  Circulations  should be carried out for at least 4 and ideally 6 hours and all areas of the tanks must be rinsed.  The tank MUST be at least cleaned to a good Water White standard and must be dry, before filling the Butyl Glycol.  If another tank is to be circulated, then the product can be directly transferred.  IF not, it can be returned to drums for further use at a later date.  Following the circulations, the same washing procedure is carried out as outlined above in the spraying section.
